    Abstract: A nanoscale positioning apparatus with a large stroke and multiple degrees of freedom and a control method thereof are provided. The nanoscale positioning apparatus includes a base, a plurality of parallel branch chain mechanisms and a working table. Each of the parallel branch chain mechanisms includes an electric cylinder, a micro-motion drive mechanism, a laser interferometer, a grating measuring device, a self-locking upper hinge and a self-locking lower hinge. The top of the base is connected to one end of the electric cylinder through the self-locking lower hinge. The other end of the electric cylinder is connected to one end of the micro-motion drive mechanism. The other end of the micro-motion drive mechanism is connected to the bottom of the working table through the self-locking upper hinge. The positioning apparatus has multiple degrees of freedom, and realizes multi-degree-of-freedom arbitrary position adjustment of the working table through parallel branch chain mechanisms.

Finally, combining the residual value and the similarity trend to obtain a risk coefficient, assessing the equipment state, and issuing an early warning for an equipment malfunction.

    Abstract: A method for extracting and separating high-purity tetrodotoxin (TTX) from pufferfish viscera, comprising the following steps: adding an acid alcohol homogenate to pufferfish viscera, adding a certain amount of a flow aid and stirring uniformly, loading into a chromatographic column, eluting with the same acidic alcohol, collecting an eluent containing TTX, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a TTX concentrated solution; further separating using ion exchange resin column chromatography, collecting an eluent containing TTX, and using a nanofiltration membrane to perform concentration or reduced pressure evaporation to dryness to obtain a TTX crude product; and precipitating and crystallising the TTX crude product by means of a solvent to obtain TTX with a purity greater than 98%.

    Abstract: A method for making a fiber containing active ingredients from a Chinese herb. The method includes subjecting a fiber material, which is to be combined with active ingredients from the Chinese herb, to be swelled with a solvent of cellulose and then to be impregnated in a solution of an extract of the Chinese herb. The fiber material is a cellulose fiber or a spunlaced nonwoven fabric made thereof. The method requires no use of adhesives. With the method, the fiber material does not need to be subjected to acidic or basic solutions or high temperature, which would cause the active ingredients to be decomposed. The method can provide a cellulose fiber or a nonwoven fabric made thereof, both of which have a higher content of active ingredients from a Chinese herb and higher durability. Furthermore, the method is simple and is easy to control, and thus, suitable for mass production.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for evaluating a health status of mechanical equipment. Firstly, status data of main components on mechanical equipment are collected by a sensor, and feature extraction is performed to obtain feature parameters. Then, noise data and fault data are extracted by an outlier detection algorithm, and only the fault data are retained. Subsequently, dimension reduction processing is performed to obtain a feature vector for final evaluation. Finally, equipment status evaluation is performed, a self-organizing map neural network model is established by health status data and failure status data, rate impact factors of each group of data to be evaluated are calculated by an entropy weight theory, and the rate impact factors are introduced into a neural network to perform health factor calculation. The present invention implements overall status evaluation for mechanical equipment, provides a basis for health maintenance of the mechanical equipment, and avoids unnecessary economic losses.
