In another embodiment of the present invention, a nutraceutical formula comprising a combination of two or more substances from the group: berry extract, chromium, zinc, fr-??s-resveratrol, l-arginine, chlorophyll, vitamin C and aloe vera combined synergistically to enhance wound healing in mammals suffering from diabetes. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a nutraceutical formula comprising a combination of two or more substances from the group: berry extract, chromium, zinc, trans-resveratrol, l-arginine, chlorophyll, vitamin C and aloe vera combined synergistically to reduce inflammation in mammals not suffering from diabetes.
