Abstract: The invention discloses a Convenient Adjustable Shaper Bra, comprising a cup body and a support lining fixed on its front surface. The support lining includes a bottom band and lifting straps extending upward from both ends. Two harnesses are arranged on the sides of the cup body, with shoulder straps connecting the harness and cup body. The shoulder straps have multiple connecting positions along their length, and the lifting straps have a detachable connecting structure. By adjusting the hook on the lifting strap to different positions, the cup body can be lifted as needed. Users can also install or remove a modesty panel between the cup body and support lining without taking off the bra, providing convenience and customization.
