  • Patent number: 11815452
Abstract: A gas sensor device (100) is configured to measure a predetermined gas of interest and comprises an enclosure (101) comprising a semiconductor substrate (102) and defining a first cavity (124), an optically transmissive second closed cavity (126) and a third cavity (128). The second cavity (126) is interposed between the first and third cavities (124, 128). The first cavity (124) comprises an inlet port (130) for receiving a gas under test, an outlet port (132) for venting the gas under test. The first cavity (124) also comprises an optical source (112) and a measurement sensor (114). The second cavity (126) is configured as a gaseous filter comprising a volume of the gas of interest sealingly disposed in the second cavity (126), and the third cavity (128) comprises a reference measurement sensor (116) disposed therein.

  • Publication number: 20230275402
Abstract: Aspects for an on-chip or integrated Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) device are described herein. The aspects may include a semiconductor optical waveguide integrated in the LiDAR device. A receiving end of the semiconductor optical waveguide may receive a light beam from a light source. One or more beam splitters may be configured to split the light beam into two or more light beams. At least one semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) may be integrated to amplify the power of the light beam or the split two or more light beams.

  • Patent number: 11050070
Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus controlling a water flooding failure in a fuel cell dual-stack system. The method includes: acquiring a hydrogen pressure drop reference value of the stack system in each normal working condition to obtain a control value; collecting a current pressure drop at a hydrogen side, and determining whether the current pressure drop at the hydrogen side is higher than the control value corresponding to a current normal working condition; determining a faulted stack according to voltages or currents of the first stack and the second stack if the current pressure drop at the hydrogen side is higher than the control value corresponding to the current normal working condition; reducing an opening degree of a flow regulating valve of the faulted stack, and increasing an opening degree of a flow regulating valve of the other stack.

  • Publication number: 20200403254
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for forecasting the service life and remaining life of a fuel cell. The method comprises: determining an end of life on the basis of the attenuation percentage of the current or power of a fuel cell at a constant voltage, completing the activation of the fuel cell, measuring a first polarization curve of the fuel cell; when the fuel cell runs for a preset time, measuring the second polarization curve of the fuel cell; acquiring the voltage attenuation rate or a current attenuation time constant of the fuel cell, and acquiring the service life and remaining life of the fuel cell via a forecasting formula.
