    Abstract: A modulation circuit for voltage to duty-cycle conversion is provided. A first input end and a second input end of a comparator are supplied with a first voltage and a second voltage via a first switch and a second switch respectively. An output end of the comparator outputs a comparison result signal. A charging end of a charging capacitor is connected with a charging current source and a grounding reset module, and is connected with the first input end via a third switch, and is connected with the second input end via a fourth switch. When the comparison result signal flips over, a control module controls the grounding reset module to switch an on-off state of a first switch group including the first switch and the fourth switch and a second switch group including the second switch and the third switch.

    Abstract: A reconfigurable all-digital temperature sensor includes a NAND gate and several delay units, the NAND gate comprises two input terminals and an output terminal, one input terminal is used for external starting control signal; a plurality delay units are connected in series, the input end of the first delay unit is connected to the output terminal of the NAND gate, and the output end of the last delay unit is connected to another input terminal of the NAND gate, thereby forming a ring oscillator structure; each delay unit includes a leakage-based inverter and a Schmitt trigger, and the output end of the leakage-based inverter is connected to the input end of the Schmitt trigger. The reconfigurable all-digital temperature sensor can realize the conversion of temperature-leakage-frequency based on the ring oscillator structure in the temperature range of ?40˜125° C., thereby reducing the design complexity and achieving high accuracy.

If the feature code is contained in the data table, the method may further include reading a number of text characters of the web page in the data table corresponding to the feature code, and discarding the current web page when a difference between the read number of text characters and the extracted number of the text characters is within a range.

The subject similarity is between the candidate keyword and the target text. The extraction degree indicates a probability at which the candidate keyword used as a keyword matching the target text is extracted.     Abstract: An analog-to-digital conversion method and an A/D conversion device for a temperature sensor are provided. An analog front-end circuit generates an A/D converter input signal positively correlated to a temperature and an A/D converter reference voltage signal negatively correlated to the temperature, and an operation is performed on a ratio of amplitudes of the generated signals to obtain a quantized output value. Since the amplitude of the A/D converter input signal is less than that of the A/D converter reference voltage signal, measurements on other signals is compatible with the measurement on the temperature in a multi-sensor system. A digitized output value is calculated by a digital-assisted readout method to generate a linear output relating to a temperature, thereby improving the accuracy of temperature measurement and reducing complexity of analog circuit design.
