Abstract: A hand gripper, including a first handle and a second handle; the first handle and the second handle are in rotary connection and are able to perform opening and closing movements relative to each other; the second handle includes a rotating piece and a handle piece; the rotating piece is in a rotary connection with the first handle; the handle piece is disposed opposite to the first handle, and is movably connected to the rotating piece; therefore, a distance between the handle piece and the first handle, namely a grip distance, can be adjusted according to the size of a user's palm, thus being accommodative to the training needs of different users.

Abstract: A hula hoop, comprising a hoop body which includes a plurality of unit sections connected end to end, two adjacent unit sections are detachably connected to each other through a connecting member, and each unit section has an accommodating groove for inserting the connecting member. The front section and the rear section of the connecting member are inserted into the accommodating grooves of two adjacent unit sections, and the unit section has a locking mechanism for keeping the connecting member in the accommodating groove. The hoop body comprises a plurality of unit sections connected end to end. Two adjacent unit sections are connected to each other through a connecting member, which can realize the rapid disassembly and assembly of the unit sections.

Abstract: Hula hoop unit sections and a hula hoop formed by the unit sections, wherein each unit section has one end having an inserting groove with a side opening, and another end having a plugging part capable of inserting the side opening into the inserting groove of an adjacent unit section. Each unit section also has a switching mechanism to open or close the side opening thereof so that the plugging part is maintained in or released from the inserting groove respectively. When two adjacent unit sections are subject to circumferential pulling force, the plugging part of one unit section can still be stably maintained inside the inserting groove; even if two adjacent unit sections are subject to lateral force, the plugging part is still maintained inside the inserting groove due to blocking effect by the switching mechanism, thereby ensuring a stable connection between the two adjacent unit sections.

Abstract: A bone trabecular structure, a prosthesis having the same, and a fabrication method thereof are provided. The bone trabecular structure includes a body configured to be a three-dimensional porous structure, which includes a plurality of struts and a plurality of pores formed by staggered connection of the plurality of struts. The pores are communicated with each other and have different average diameters. The average diameter of the pores ranges from 100 ?m to 400 ?m, and the porosity of the three-dimensional porous structure ranges from 50% to 80%. This bone trabecular structure facilitates postoperative bone ingrowth of a patient, and thus effectively improves the postoperative recovery effect of the patient.

Abstract: A toe joint prosthesis and a fabrication method thereof are provided. The toe joint prosthesis includes a first bone nail prosthesis and a second bone nail prosthesis hinged with the first bone nail prosthesis, the first bone nail prosthesis includes a first bone nail configured to be provided in a bone marrow cavity and a second bone nail connected with the first bone nail and located outside the bone marrow cavity, and the second bone nail is hinged with the second bone nail prosthesis. In particular, a three-dimensional porous structure layer is formed on an outer surface of the first bone nail and/or the second bone nail and/or the second bone nail prosthesis. An outer surface of the toe joint prosthesis are endowed with better bone ingrowth ability and bone crawling ability, thereby making the fixation of the toe joint prosthesis more stable.
