  • Publication number: 20240123502
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to titanium alloy powder for selective laser melting (SLM) 3D printing, an SLM titanium alloy and the preparation thereof. The used titanium alloy powder comprises the following element components by weight percentage: 2.0 to 4.5% of Al, and 3.0 to 4.5% of V, with the balance being Ti and inevitable impurities. During preparation, a titanium sponge and an Al—V alloy are mixed and pressed into a block as a melting electrode; the titanium alloy ingot having good uniformity is obtained after smelting by using a vacuum consumable electric arc furnace for three times; and the ingot is forged twice and processed into a bar for powder-making. The bar for powder-making is subjected to processes such as washing and drying, atomizing, sieving, and airflow classification to prepare SLM titanium alloy powder. The titanium alloy powder is melted and stacked layer by layer by means of SLM equipment to finally obtain an SML titanium alloy block.

  • Publication number: 20240089137
Abstract: A conference data processing method includes acquiring a first meeting list of meetings created by a user, meetings in the first meeting list having been created by the user through an instant messaging (IM) client. The IM client includes an interface for calling a software development kit (SDK) of a separate conference application implementing at least one of audio or video conferencing. The method further includes requesting, through a fusion server, a server of the conference application to create a second meeting list according to the first meeting list, and receiving, through the fusion server, the second meeting list transmitted by the server of the conference application. The second meeting list includes meetings that correspond respectively to the meetings in the first meeting list. The method further includes establishing an association relationship between a meeting in the first meeting list and a meeting in the second meeting list.

  • Publication number: 20230069275
Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-strength, high-corrosion resistance ternary magnesium alloy and a preparation method therefor, the magnesium alloy comprising the following element components by mass percentage: 8-12 wt % of Y, 0.6-3 wt % of Al and the remainder being Mg. The method comprises: (1) under a protective atmosphere, preparing a Mg—Y intermediate alloy, an aluminum ingot and a magnesium ingot into a magnesium alloy melt; (2) under a protective atmosphere, allowing the magnesium alloy melt to stand after stirring, then carrying out refining, degassing, and slag removal, allowing the magnesium alloy melt to stand again, then thermally insulating to obtain a magnesium alloy liquid; and (3) casting and molding the magnesium alloy liquid under a protective atmosphere, and forming a cast ingot; the three steps above ultimately obtain a high-strength, high-corrosion resistance ternary magnesium alloy.

  • Patent number: 8016957
Abstract: The grain size of magnesium alloys is effectively refined and made smaller by the addition of a small amount of titanium. The effect of the reduction of grain size is often an improvement in the strength and processability of a cast magnesium alloy. Often less than about 0.1% by weight of titanium need be used. It may be preferred to incorporate the titanium with another alloying constituent (such as aluminum) for addition to a melt of a magnesium base alloy.
