    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a battery module, a power battery, and a vehicle. The battery module includes a plurality of cell layers laminated on each other and a fixation bracket. Each cell layer includes a plurality of cells arranged in parallel. Each cell has an explosion-proof opening. For every two adjacent cell layers of the cell layers, more than half the number of the explosion-proof openings in one cell layer face towards a first direction, and more than half the number of the explosion-proof openings in the other one cell layer face towards a second direction. The first direction is different from the second direction. The fixation bracket is located at each of two sides of the cell layers. Each of both ends of each cell is fixed to the fixation bracket that is on a same side as the end.

    Abstract: A fabrication method of a silicon nanoneedle array with ultra-high aspect ratio includes the following steps: spin-coating two photoresist layers of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) A2 on a silicon substrate; subjecting the silicon substrate coated with the two photoresist layers of MMA and PMMA A2 to electron beam lithography to form a photoresist pattern on the silicon substrate; subjecting the silicon substrate on which the photoresist pattern is formed to electron beam evaporation (EBE) to deposit an Al film layer on the silicon substrate; subjecting the silicon substrate on which the Al film layer is deposited to stripping to obtain an Al film array deposited on the silicon substrate, which provides a mask for the subsequent inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching process; and subjecting the silicon substrate covered with the Al mask to ICP silicon etching to obtain a silicon nanoneedle array structure.

The first reaction uses dicyclopentadiene as a starting material and nitrogen gas or another inert gas as a diluting agent in a gas-phase thermal cracking reaction to obtain cyclopentadiene. The second reaction uses cyclopentadiene as a starting material in a liquid phase chlorination reaction with chlorine gas to obtain 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorocyclopentane. The third reaction uses 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorocyclopentane as a starting material in a gas-phase chlorination and fluorination reaction with hydrogen fluoride and chlorine gas in the presence of a chromium-based catalyst to obtain 1,2-dichlorohexafluorocyclopentene. The method uses easily acquired starting material and a stable fluorination catalyst, provides a high yield for a target product, and is applicable for large-scale continuous gas-phase production of 1,2-dichlorohexafluorocyclopentene.

    Abstract: A nitrogen oxide luminescence material, with chemical formula: M1?yX4?xZ1+xOxN7?xx: Ry, in which M represents one or several alkali, alkaline earth, rare earth and transition metals. X represents Si with one or several of Si, Ge, B and Al. Z represents Al with one or several of Al, Ga, In. R represents one or several of luminescence center elements Eu, Ce, Tb, Yb, Sm, Pr and Dy. In the formula, 0?x<0.5, 0<y<1.0. The luminescence material can be excited by ultraviolett, near ultraviolet or blue light, and emits yellow or red light with wavelength between 500-750 nm. With the ultraviolet, near ultraviolet or blue lights, and other types of luminescence materials, such as green fluorescent powder, a new white LED can be obtained. The luminescence material has a wider excitation spectrum range, and is efficient and stable. Preparation is simple, easy to mass-produce and pollution-free.
