    Abstract: A method for improving smooth running of casting of rare earth stainless steel using pulse current includes the following steps: setting corresponding initial pulse voltage, pulse current, and pulse frequency in accordance with difference of rare earth element content in molten steel; and adjusting the pulse voltage, pulse current, and pulse frequency according to position change of stopper rod until the end of continuous casting. The method can stably improve the clogging of immersion nozzle during continuous casting, the smooth running of continuous casting and production efficiency, and decrease production cost.

Two sides of the water dispensing plate respectively cooperate with the shower head body and the surface cover assembly to enclose an installation cavity and a water outflow cavity. A first water passage hole communicating with the water outflow cavity penetrates the water dispensing plate. The surface cover assembly has multiple comb teeth. A second water passage hole penetrates the rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism abuts against the first leather cup and the water dispensing plate. The driving mechanism drives the rotating mechanism to rotate to adjust a water outflow area.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a flow rate regulating structure and a bubbler. The flow rate regulating structure includes a water passing member and an elastic member. The water passing member is provided with an accommodating cavity with an opening on a top and a water passing cavity opening at the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity. The periphery of the bottom wall of the water passing cavity is circumferentially provided with several water passing holes. The elastic member includes an elastic member body and a dispersing part. The periphery of the elastic member body abuts against the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity and shields the water passing cavity. The dispersing part extends from the middle of the elastic member body in a direction away from the water passing cavity, and a dispersing cavity passing through the elastic member body.

The vertical metal lines have vertical power metal lines and vertical ground lines. The power lines and the ground lines in the horizontal metal lines are respectively interconnected with the power lines and the ground lines of the vertical metal lines. The width of the horizontal metal wires in the P/G network is such that the horizontal power metal lines only cover the power lines in the rows of the standard cells, while the horizontal ground metal lines only cover the ground lines of the rows of the standard cells.
