The method includes: A session management function network element sends a first path establish request to a transport network control network element, where the first path establish request includes an identifier of an access network device, an identifier of a mobile gateway selected for a session, and a first transport network (TN) Quality of Service (QoS) parameter of a first QoS flow in the session, and the first TN QoS parameter of the first QoS flow is determined based on a TN QoS parameter mapped to a first service type of the first QoS flow, the access network device, and the mobile gateway. The session management function network element receives a first path establish response from the transport network control network element, where the first path establish response includes information about a first TN transmission path of the first QoS flow.

Abstract: A method, a device and a system for voice encoding/decoding are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: assembling an input pulse code modulation signal into one signal according to a designated time slot and assembly manner; and encoding the assembled signal according to a designated encoding manner to output an encoded voice signal. In the present invention, because a process of assembling or splitting the signal may be implemented through software, in the case that hardware in a current network does not need to be replaced, an effect of encoding/decoding voice with a 7 K spectrum may be achieved in the current network.

Abstract: The present invention disclose a transport control method, an access device, and a transport system. The transport control method includes: monitoring a current impairment index of a network; determining, according to a transport quality grade corresponding to the monitored current impairment index of the network, the number of redundant blocks carried in a data packet to be sent and/or a packetization duration of the data packet to be sent, where the number of redundant blocks carried in the data packet and/or the packetization duration of the data packet has a preset mapping relationship with a transport quality grade; and packetizing and sending the data packet according to the determined number of the carried redundant blocks and/or the determined packetization duration. The present invention may improve flexibility of transport control and is beneficial to appropriate adaptation to real-time dynamic changes of a network impairment condition.
