    Abstract: The present application provides a cell centrifuge, a method, a controller, and a medium. The cell centrifuge includes a cup body provided with a centrifugation space and a first passage. The cup body has a rotation axis and is rotatable about the rotation axis. The first passage includes a delivery passage provided at the top of the cup body, and a curved passage provided on a side wall of the cup body. Two ends of the curved passage are respectively provided with a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is provided on an inner side wall of the cup body. The curved passage communicates with the centrifugation space through the first opening and communicates with the delivery passage through the second opening. The curved passage also includes at least one bent passage located outside the inner side wall of the cup body.

The first included angle is different from the second included angle, and the reference point is an intersection point of the light beam on the obstacle.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a modified biological bone mineral scaffold doped based on lithium magnesium phosphate, which is obtained by immersing a calcined bovine or porcine cancellous bone mineral porous scaffold into a solution containing one or more of active metal ions of magnesium, lithium, strontium, zinc, iron and calcium and a phosphorus source composite solution for hydrothermal reaction, baking, drying and calcining at a high temperature. The modified biological bone mineral scaffold doped based on lithium magnesium phosphate obtained in the present invention can effectively stabilize the doped magnesium lithium phosphate and one or more of other osteogenic active ions of strontium, zinc, iron and calcium. The material maintains the three-dimensional interconnected mesh structure and natural crystal structure of the calcined bovine or porcine cancellous bone mineral porous scaffold, and has calcium phosphate crystals containing active ions.

The requirement of high air tightness for vacuum tank is reduced, and aluminum alloy casting with high quality can be obtained at lower cost.
