Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an OLED device and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. The OLED device includes: a substrate; an anode layer and a pixel-defining layer, provided on a side of the substrate, the pixel-defining layer including a plurality of pixel-defining structures, and adjacent pixel-defining structures defining a pixel unit; a first organic layer, covering the anode layer and the pixel-defining layer; a light-emitting layer, provided on a side of the first organic layer away from the substrate and within the pixel unit; and a cathode layer, covering the light-emitting layer and the first organic layer. The first organic layer includes at least one open groove.
