    Abstract: A thickness direction conductive laminated composite material, comprising: laminated multiple layers of carbon fiber; a curable resin which is disposed among the laminated multiple layers of carbon fiber, coats the laminated multiple layers of carbon fiber and bonds the laminated multiple layers of carbon fiber together; and a conductive material, the conductive material comprising at least one of the followings: a conductive fiber woven together with the carbon fiber, an interlayer conductive film, an interlayer conductive Z-pin and an interlayer conductive particle. The carbon fiber accounts for 40 vol % or more of the thickness direction conductive laminated composite material. The thickness direction conductive laminated composite material has higher thickness direction conductivity, planar conductivity and electric energy transmission performance than traditional laminated composite materials.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an ex-situ preparation method for a composite molded body. The preparation method comprises: providing a porous support, a first component, and a second liquid component; contacting the first component with the porous support; contacting the second liquid component with the first component and/or the porous support, in which process the first component and the second liquid component do not undergo a chemical reaction, and the second liquid component remains in a liquid state; and treating the first component and the second liquid component such that the first component and the second liquid component undergo a chemical reaction to become a solid, or undergo phase transformation toughening and solidification molding. The present disclosure discloses an advanced composite material manufacturing technology, and relates to a low-cost and easy-to-operate ex-situ liquid molding preparation method.

    Abstract: The present invention is in the field of composite material manufacturing technology, and relates to a prefabricated fabric for liquid molding composite material and a preparation method thereof. The prefabricated fabric comprises a basal fiber fabric, which is characterized in that one or two surface(s) of the basal fiber fabric is(are) conglutinated with a toughening layer. The method for preparing the prefabricated fabric comprises the steps of conglutination of toughening layer, and conglutination of tackifying layer. The prefabricated fabric has both the interlaminar selective toughening and tackifying functions, and realizes the high toughness modification of the composite material while keeping the composite material liquid molding processibility and the good tackifying performance.
