  • Publication number: 20240117030
Abstract: The present invention relates to antibodies that specifically bind to one or more of IL-4, IL-13, IL-33, TSLP, and p40. The present invention further relates to antibodies that bind to one of IL-4, IL-13, IL-33, or TSLP. The invention further relates to multispecific antibodies that specifically bind to IL-4 and IL-13, and at least one other target. The present invention relates to multispecific antibodies that bind IL-4, IL-13, and one of IL-33, TSLP, or p40. The present invention also pertains to related molecules, e.g. nucleic acids which encode such antibodies or multispecific antibodies, compositions, and related methods, e.g., methods for producing and purifying such antibodies and multispecific antibodies, and their use in diagnostics and therapeutics.

  • Patent number: 11948340
Abstract: An example apparatus for detecting objects in video frames includes a receiver to receive a plurality of video frames from a video camera. The apparatus also includes a first still image object detector to receive a first frame of the plurality of video frames and calculate localization information and confidence information for each potential object patch in the first frame. The apparatus further includes a second still image object detector to receive an adjacent frame of the plurality of video frames adjacent to the first frame and calculate localization information and confidence information for each potential object patch in the adjacent frame. The apparatus includes a similarity detector trained to detect paired patches between the first frame and the adjacent frame based on a comparison of the detected potential object patches.

  • Patent number: 11592833
Abstract: One variation of a method for updating a localization map for a fleet of autonomous vehicles includes: selecting a set of roads including a first subset of road segments associated with existing incomplete scan data and a second subset of road segments associated with a monitoring request from an external entity; during a passenger period at the autonomous vehicle, autonomously transporting passengers according to a series of ride requests; during a mapping period succeeding the passenger period at the autonomous vehicle, autonomously navigating along the set of road segments, recording a first series of scan data representing surfaces proximal the first subset of road segments, and recording a second series of scan data representing surfaces proximal the second subset of road segments; updating the localization map based on the first series of scan data; and serving the second series of scan data to the external entity.
