    Abstract: The disclosure provides a standing crawler self-propelled apparatus, including an apparatus body, a console, and a crawler mechanism. A pedal is flippably installed on a rear end of the apparatus body. Output shafts are symmetrically installed on both sides of the apparatus body. The console is installed on the apparatus body. The console is movably provided with a stroke control rod and a function control rod. A linkage mechanism is installed between the stroke control rod and the function control rod. One end of the crawler mechanism is connected to the output shaft, and the other end of the crawler mechanism is movably hinged to the apparatus body by a height adjusting mechanism. The height adjusting mechanism includes a height adjusting motor and a swing rod group. The linkage mechanism includes a slide rod, a slide rod seat, and a linkage block.

A first contact is disposed on the first transmitting plate, and a second contact is disposed on the first receiving plate.     Abstract: Provided in the present invention is the use of an enhancer named as 3C1 in the preparation of an enhancer for the interaction between FXR protein and Caspase 8 protein. The enhancer can promote the interaction between FXR protein and Caspase 8 protein, thereby inhibiting the recruitment of Caspase 8 to apoptosome and blocking its formation, inhibiting the cleavage and activation of Caspase 8, blocking signal transduction of apoptosis, and ultimately inhibiting cell apoptosis. Therefore, the enhancer can be used for preparing a drug for treating liver diseases characterized with hepatocyte apoptosis.

The diameter and spacing of fluorescent lines obtained by the method can be controlled and adjusted according to parameter conditions such as a needle aperture, a printing speed, and a preset pattern. The prepared transparent fluorescent film with directionally arranged quantum rods has a high degree of polarization, can be prepared on a flexible substrate in a normal temperature environment, and has wide applicability.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a quantum rod solution; (2) preparing a polymer solution, and adding the quantum rod solution obtained in step (1) into the polymer solution so as to form an electrospinning precursor solution with a volume concentration of the quantum rods of 5%-80%; and (3) adding the electrospinning precursor solution into an electrospinning device, regulating the voltage of a generator and the receiving distance, and then performing electrospinning to prepare the quantum rod/polymer fiber membrane. By adjusting the concentration of the quantum rod solution and parameters in the electrospinning process, the method realizes directional arrangements of the quantum rods in the electrospinning process, thereby obtaining the quantum rod/polymer fiber membrane with high degree of polarization performance.
