    Abstract: The current invention pertains to digital livestock breeding, focusing on a novel image acquisition system designed for assessing the health of lactating cow teats. Addressing challenges related to image capture quality and operational complexity in dairy cow teat examination, the solution comprises a guard plate, a telescopic column with a hinge mechanism, and a photo unit. Straps are positioned at each end of the guard plate, and an installation seat is located at the rotational juncture. The telescopic column includes a fixed cylinder pivotally attached to the guard plate and a movable column within it, extending beyond the fixed cylinder. Additionally, a fixed grip is mounted on one side of the fixed cylinder's outer wall. This innovation streamlines user-friendly shooting and adjustment processes while enabling timely cleaning of the lens and light-emitting device, ensuring image clarity.

    Abstract: A thermal management system is for utilization in a compact display device. A duct is provided within the lamp housing of the display device and a high-wattage light source is mounted within the duct. Multiple cooling fins are mounted to at least one inner surface of the duct and extend into the duct. A thermal radiation absorbent coating, such as black anodization, covers the interior of the duct and the cooling fins and provides for an increased surface absorption of thermal radiation. A port within the duct, which is transparent to visible light, is utilized to direct visible light through a display assembly. An infrared filter, which is reflective or absorptive of infrared radiation, such as a so-called "hot mirror" is utilized to maintain thermal radiation within the duct and a fan is then utilized to pass cooling fluid through the duct, passing the cooling fluid over the cooling fins and removing thermal energy from the display device in a highly efficient manner.

    Abstract: An improved overhead projector head is provided that reduces the vibration that can occur in an overhead projector head that is used to project images from an LCD panel placed on the stage of the projector. The improvements comprise adding a mounting plate between the support arm and the head bracket. The mounting plate is cantilevered from the support arm, and the head bracket is supported by spacers placed near the end of the mounting plate that is remote from the support arm. In alternative embodiments, the head bracket may be divided into two pieces separated by foam or other vibration damping material, or a conterweight may be added to the head assembly behind the support arm.
