    Abstract: Techniques are provided for adaptive distribution of video analysis workload over a network of video processor nodes. The nodes may include, for example, internet protocol (IP) cameras, video recorders and/or data centers. The network may also include a management system configured to assign video analysis tasks to the nodes based on the node resources and predictive modelling of the node workload. The management system may re-distribute the tasks based on performance monitoring. Some assigned tasks may be bound to the node while other tasks may be transferrable, by the node, to other nodes. The nodes may be configured to determine which of the transferrable tasks will be locally executed or transferred based on a check of resource usage against a usage policy that specifies thresholds for the determinations. The nodes may be configured to transmit video analysis packets, including image data, analysis completion status and analysis results, to other nodes.

Also disclosed are methods of treating breast cancer in a subject comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a given therapeutic when the subject is diagnosed with increased risk of developing breast cancer by the steps that include measuring the level of R-loop in a biological sample. The measured level of R-loop in a biological sample can be compared to a control sample from a non-BRCA mutation carrier. Disclosed are methods of treating a subject having an increase in breast epithelium R-loop comprising administering a treatment to the subject that reduces or eliminates R-loop, wherein the subject is a BRCA1 mutation carrier.

    Abstract: The secondary battery of the present application includes a cell, an electrolyte and a case, the cell includes electrodes and a separator. The secondary battery further includes a gas-generating additive and a water-generating additive. During the overcharging process of the Li-ion battery, when the battery reaches a certain temperature, the water-generating additive decomposes and generates a large amount of water. Then, Li salt and the gas-generating additive are induced to decompose and generate a large amount of gas, so that when the internal pressure of the battery reaches a certain value, the charging current is interrupted in advance by a device for interrupting charging current. Moreover, the water-generating additive can absorb the heat generated by the battery during decomposition, so that the internal temperature of the battery decreases, thereby preventing the overcharge failure of the battery.

After an electrolyte injection or high temperature aging of the electrochemical device, the adhesive filled in the folded structure unit of the separator may be dissolved into the electrolyte, the folded structure unit can be unfolded to a flat position again, so as to effectively eliminate deformation of the electrochemical device, which may be caused by thermal contraction of the separator, over stress in the separator wound in a cell, or the separator's binding on expansion of negative and positive electrodes, during operation and production of the electrochemical device.
