Abstract: The present disclosure provides a liquid cooling plate and battery pack. The liquid cooling plate is formed with a receiving space. The liquid cooling plate includes a first cooling plate and a second cooling plate. The second cooling plate is stacked on a side of the first cooling plate facing the receiving space and is connected to the first cooling plate in a sealed manner. A cooling flow passage surrounding the receiving space is formed between the second cooling plate and the first cooling plate.
