Abstract: A delay event system is described that maintains a main copy of a time wheel, which includes a plurality of slots that each correspond to a different time. The main copy of the time wheel is maintained at a first node, and a plurality of replica copies of the time wheel are maintained at different nodes. Events scheduled for future execution are placed into an appropriate time wheel slot and propagated to the replica copies. Each time wheel one of the slots in the main copy of the time wheel. Upon writing a delay event to the main copy of the time wheel, event replicas are propagated to each of the replica copies of the time wheel, such that each copy of the time wheel include the same information for the delay event. The time wheels are advanced synchronously and used to trigger events at their designated time(s).

Abstract: In accordance with the described techniques, a provider service receives a request log of a service endpoint including requests sent to the service endpoint by the provider service. The provider service extracts request log data from the request log including a failure count and an average response duration for the requests. The failure count includes the requests that have failed due to the provider service sending too many requests to the service endpoint and the requests that have failed due to server-side errors of the service endpoint. A throughput capacity for the service endpoint is predicted using a machine learning model based on the failure count and the average response duration. Then, the provider service adjusts a rate limiting threshold for the service endpoint based on the throughput capacity, and the rate limiting threshold defines a rate at which the provider service sends requests to the service endpoint.

Abstract: Disclosed are benzophenanthrene-containing organic compounds including a structure of formula (I). Also disclosed are formulations containing the benzophenanthrene-containing organic compounds, and at least one organic solvent. Further disclosed are color conversion layers containing an emitter, the emitter includes the benzophenanthrene-containing organic compound with chirality. The organic compound including benzophenanthrene according to the present disclosure can be used as an organic photoelectric material. A rigid benzophenanthrene structure unit is introduced into a BN-type compound, so that a stable organic light-emitting material can be obtained, thus providing a material solution for organic photoelectric devices.

Abstract: A method, terminal, and system for transmitting a file between multiple terminals is described. The method includes obtaining a picture, which is photographed by a file receiving end from a file sending end from a file sending end and includes a to-be-transmitted file, and performing image recognition on the obtained picture to determine the to-be-transmitted file of the file sending end, the picture of the to-be-transmitted file being displayed on a display interface of the file sending end. The method further includes determining a file path of the to-be-transmitted file according to the determined to-be-transmitted file, obtaining the to-be-transmitted file according to the file path of the to-be-transmitted file, and transmitting the to-be-transmitted file to the file receiving end.

Abstract: A mobile terminal receives a user instruction for performing facial recognition to a picture displayed on the mobile terminal and highlights each human face in the picture by a corresponding face identifying object. After receiving a user selection of two or more face identifying objects and a user-inputted target attribute value for each face identifying object, the mobile terminal generates an attribute value transfer request according to the user-inputted target attribute values, facial recognition information associated with the face identifying objects, and a first user identifier associated with the mobile terminal and sends the attribute value transfer request to a remote server. The server determines a second user identifier based on the facial recognition information associated with each face identifying object and transfers a corresponding target attribute value between the first and second user identifiers when the second user identifier is on a user-relationship chain of the first user identifier.
