  • Patent number: 11846638
Abstract: Methods for diagnosis or prognosis of a cancer in a subject are provided and include the steps of: obtaining a biological sample from a subject; determining an amount of a phosphorylation at a Y260 residue in a Na/K ATPase present in the biological sample; and comparing the amount of the phosphorylation in the sample to a control level to thereby diagnose the cancer. Methods for detecting a metabolic switch from oxidative phosphorylation to aerobic glycolysis are also provided in which a biological sample including one or more cells is obtained and an amount of a phosphorylation at a Y260 residue in a Na/K ATPase is determined in the one or more cells.

  • Publication number: 20230151313
Abstract: A biological sample sorting method, a surface acoustic wave microfluidic chip, a system, a terminal, and a storage medium are disclosed. The method includes: injecting a mixed solution containing biological samples into a surface acoustic wave microfluidic chip, and applying a first sinusoidal signal thereto forming a standing wave sound field therein to aggregate the biological samples; collecting images of the aggregated biological samples; performing moving target identification and tracking on the images of the biological samples using a deep learning model, performing cluster analysis and classification on a tracked moving target to obtain a target sample, and generating a delay enabling signal of the target sample according to a moving speed of the target sample; and applying a second sinusoidal signal to the surface acoustic wave microfluidic chip according to the delay enable signal to move the target sample thus sorting out the target sample.

  • Patent number: 9208584
Abstract: A method and apparatus for describing an image are disclosed. The method for describing an image according to an embodiment of the invention includes: transforming an image from a BGR color space into a Gaussian derivative color model; and transforming the image from the Gaussian derivative color model into an optical reflection invariant color space, wherein the process of transforming the image from the Gaussian derivative color model into the optical reflection invariant color space includes: determining, for each pixel on the image, color channels of the pixel corresponding to the optical reflection invariant color space according to a first coefficient and a second coefficient of the pixel in the Gaussian derivative color model. The embodiments of the invention can alleviate an error in a description of an image of the same contents but with a significant change in color.

  • Publication number: 20140351320
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention disclose a method, system and apparatus for coordinated processing of a document, relate to the field of data processing and are intended to address the problem of how multiple clients perform coordinated operations on the document. In the invention, a server detects a document operation on a first client among respective clients at a preset frequency and sends a detection result to a second client other than the first client; and the second client displays the detection result. Apparently this solution addresses the problem of how the multiple clients perform coordinated operations on the document.
