    Abstract: A housing sealing structure includes a housing body, a busbar assembly, and a sealing ring, wherein the housing body has a partition plate, and a first chamber and a second chamber on two sides of the partition plate. The partition plate is provided with a through hole through which the busbar assembly passes such that the busbar assembly is sealed at the through hole by the sealing ring. The housing body also includes a first snap-fit portion, and the busbar assembly includes a second snap-fit portion, the first snap-fit portion being snap-fitted with the second snap-fit portion, which ensures the busbar assembly is at a fixed position relative to the housing body to avoid seal failure caused by large compression difference between two sides of the sealing ring due to swing of the busbar assembly relative to the housing body during use, thereby further improving the sealing effect.

    Abstract: Methods which make use of baculovirus vector (BV)-magnetic nanoparticle (BV-MNP) complexes to facilitate in vivo delivery of clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeat (CRISPR) systems are provided. BV-MNP complexes carrying a CRISPR nuclease and a guide RNA having homology to an immune checkpoint gene can be administered to a subject to inhibit the immune checkpoint gene. Inhibition of the immune checkpoint gene can promote a desired immune response in the subject. Methods which leverage the contrast provided by MNPs in BV-MNP complexes in combination with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to detect in vivo delivery of CRISPR systems are also provided.

    Abstract: The technology provides a model-based approach for multilingual text rewriting that is applicable across many languages and across different styles including formality levels or other textual attributes. The model is configured to manipulate both language and textual attributes jointly. This approach supports zero-shot formality-sensitive translation, with no labeled data in the target language. An encoder-decoder architectural approach with attribute extraction is used to train rewriter models that can thus be used in “universal” textual rewriting across many different languages. A cross-lingual learning signal can be incorporated into the training approach. Certain training processes do not employ any exemplars. This approach enables not just straight translation, but also the ability to create new sentences with different attributes.

Each mini buffer is associated with a subset of rows or a subset of columns of the PE array. Partitioning an on-chip buffer of the AI accelerator device into the mini buffers described herein may reduce the size and complexity of the on-chip buffer. The reduced size of the on-chip buffer may reduce the wire routing complexity of the on-chip buffer, which may reduce latency and may reduce access energy for the AI accelerator device. This may increase the operating efficiency and/or may increase the performance of the AI accelerator device. Moreover, the mini buffers may increase the overall bandwidth that is available for the mini buffers to transfer data to and from the PE array.

    Abstract: The current disclosure includes coronavirus vaccines that protect against pathogenic coronavirus species, as well as their variants. In certain embodiments, SARS-CoV-2 variant specific and multivalent coronavirus vaccines are described. The vaccines typically include a modified mRNA which encodes at least one coronavirus derived immunogen, such as a spike protein or a fragment thereof. The mRNA can be encapsulated into lipid nanoparticles or other carriers and formulated as pharmaceutical compositions which can be used to generate an immune response to coronavirus in a subject.
