Abstract: The present application provides a method and device for detecting temperature of a radio remote unit, to solve the problem that an RRU could be damaged due to an excessively high temperature. The method includes: acquiring temperature data of a radio remote unit; configuring power data of the radio remote unit according to the temperature data, when the temperature data is less than a temperature threshold or within the temperature threshold; and closing radio frequency channel(s) of the radio remote unit when the temperature data is more than the temperature threshold.
