    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for prolonging half-life of theanine in vivo. According to the present disclosure, a specific theanine glycoside compound formed by modification with a specific monosaccharide is used for prolonging the half-life of the theanine in vivo, which can be used for preparing sustained release drugs, prolonging action time of drugs, reducing administration frequency and improving compliance of patients. With the method of the present disclosure, the theanine glycoside compound obtained after modification can have a broad application prospect and a high commercial value in scientific research and clinical application.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method, device, computer system for detecting pedestrians based on 3D point clouds. The method includes: obtaining the spatial radar point cloud data of area to be detected; dividing the spatial radar point cloud data to obtain a plurality of 3D voxel grid cells according to a preset unit of voxel; encoding the plurality of 3D voxel grid cells and obtaining the voxel encoded data of the plurality of radar point cloud data; obtaining a first feature map and a second feature map based on a predetermined sparse convolutional backbone network and self-attention transformation network; and performing fusing processing for a fused feature map to input into a predetermined pedestrian detection model for pedestrian detection to obtain the pedestrian detection information of the area to be detected. The present disclosure enables more comprehensive pedestrian detection in the area to be detected with improved accuracy.

In the process of blast furnace state monitoring, the concept of sub-mode is introduced, and the method for pre-acquisition and multi-modes weighted fusion by sub-mode is proposed to monitor blast furnace state. After preprocessing the main parameter data of the blast furnace, several sub-modes of the blast furnace and their corresponding blast furnace state indication variable data are obtained by means of a mean shift clustering algorithm. Taking the real-time parameter data of the blast furnace as inputs, the Euclidean distance between the real-time parameter data of the blast furnace and each sub-mode is calculated, and the sub-modes are weighted and fused according to the distance, and the fusion result is the real-time blast furnace state, so as to realize the real-time state monitoring of the blast furnace in a smooth operation.

The cover-like fastener is fastened to housing walls of the box-like housing, and the cover-like fastener has a memory alloy member, where the memory alloy member is located on a surface that is of the radiator and that is away from the opening. In this disclosure, easy plugging and unplugging of an optical module in the slot can be implemented, heat transfer between the radiator and the optical module can be accelerated, and an effect of heat dissipation for the optical module can be enhanced.

The dispatching strategy of maximizing the wind farm power generation is combined with the layout optimization of wind turbines in the construction stage of the wind farm, so that the wake effect is effectively reduced and the capacity cost is reduced, which meet the requirement of actual wind farm. A hybrid optimization algorithm is proposed in this method, with a greedy algorithm to optimize the turbine number and a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to refine the turbine layout scheme.

    Abstract: ENOX2 proteins are growth-related cell surface proteins expressed specifically by cancer cells; they catalyze NADH oxidation and protein disulfide-thiol interchange reactions. Taught herein are IgM class autoantibodies specific to ENOX2 (tNOX) in a variety of cancer patient sera. Early cancer patients produce these autoantibodies as a possible defense mechanism. Because ENOX2 is bound to autoantibodies in patients, it is unavailable to bind conventional ENOX2-specific antibodies in standard ELISA assays, but two-dimensional gel electrophoresis dissociates ENOX2 protein from autoantibodies, allowing detection. Probing ENOX2 using cancer sera as a source of ENOX2 autoantibodies followed by horseradish peroxidase-coupled anti-human IgM allows visualization and detection of the ENOX2 autoantibody. ENOX2 autoantibodies from breast cancer sera reacts with the ENOX2 isoforms from, e.g., lung and ovarian cancer patient sera.
