    Abstract: An operator learning model generator is provided for training a smooth operator learning model for predicting airflow dynamics in a room used by a controller connected to a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The operator learning model generator includes an interface circuit configured to receive a training dataset via a network connected to a simulation computer, wherein the training dataset includes solution trajectories of airflow in the room for various times series of control actions given to the HVAC system, a memory configured to store the smooth operator learning model comprising an auto-encoder and a neural ordinary differential equation, the training dataset, and training instructions for the smooth operator learning model, and a processor configured to train the smooth operator learning model stored in the memory, wherein the training instructions comprise a jerk regularization that enforces smoothness of the dynamics predicted by the smooth operator learning model.

    Abstract: A device and a method for producing hydrogen and byproduct oxygen by using green electricity electrolyzed water are provided. The device comprises an oxygen purifying system, a heat exchange system, an air separation compression and expansion system, an air separation rectification system and a liquid oxygen storage system. The method comprises the following steps: first, purifying oxygen prepared by electrolyzing water by green electricity to remove impurities such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water in the oxygen, then feeding the pure oxygen into the heat exchange system, performing heat exchange liquefaction to obtain liquid oxygen, coupling the liquid oxygen generated by rectification of the air separation rectification system, and obtaining pressurized oxygen through the heat exchange system and the air separation compression and expansion system.

    Abstract: A device and a method for recovering by-product oxygen from water-electrolysis hydrogen production using a low-temperature method are provided, solving the waste problem of by-product oxygen in the green water-electrolysis hydrogen production system. The device according to the present disclosure comprises an oxygen clarifying system, a pressurizing and heat exchanging system, and a circulating gas compression and expansion refrigeration system. The recovering method according to the present disclosure comprises the following steps: first clarifying and purifying the by-product oxygen from water-electrolysis hydrogen production is to remove hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water and other impurities in the oxygen; and then, liquefying, pressurizing and heat exchanging the pure oxygen to obtain the product oxygen and liquid oxygen with required pressure. In the whole process, the cooling capacity is provided by the circulating gas expansion refrigeration system.

    Abstract: The described technology includes a fluid force sensor interface between a pressure sensor, such as a barometric pressure sensor disposed inside a sensor housing with an aperture, and a container with an interior cavity exposed to the ambient environmental fluid pressure. The interior cavity of the container may equalize with the pressure of the ambient fluid environment, and may cooperate with the aperture on the sensor housing to create at least a partial fluid seal. A force member may transmit an applied outside force to deform the container, and the interior cavity therein, to reduce the volume of the interior cavity and thus increase pressure inside the interior cavity. The fluid force sensor may measure the applied force by sensing an increase in pressure inside the interior cavity. After the outside applied force has been removed, the pressure inside the interior cavity may equalize with the ambient fluid pressure.
