The manufacturing method includes: forming a first functional layer on a substrate; processing the first functional layer so that the first functional layer includes a processed region and the processed region includes ions having a first polarity; forming a quantum dot layer having a second polarity in the processed region. The second polarity and the first polarity are opposite electrical polarities.

Abstract: A network monitoring apparatus, and a remote encryption and remote activation method, device and system thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: receiving an encrypted activation password sent by a client terminal; decrypting the encrypted activation password to obtain an original activation password; determining whether the original activation password meets a predetermined password strength requirement; when the original activation password meets the predetermined password strength requirement, activating the network monitoring apparatus and setting the original activation password as an administrator password; and returning information indicating that the network monitoring apparatus is successfully activated to the client terminal. A network monitoring apparatus, an encryption method of a network monitoring apparatus based on a client terminal, a client terminal, and a remote activation system based on a network monitoring apparatus are also provided.

The method includes: dividing video frame data to be sent into a plurality of sub-video frame packets, sending a sub-video frame packet with a preset serial number to a client, and receiving a response message sent by the client, wherein the response message includes a first serial number and a second serial number; sending a sub-video frame packet corresponding to the first serial number to the client, and determining whether the client has received all sub-video frame packets of the video frame data; if so, accurately calculating the actual bandwidth of the current network based on the sending start time of the first sub-video frame packet of the video frame data, the sending end time of the last sub-video frame packet of the video frame data and the size of the video frame data, which provides a basis for the self-adaption of the encoding rate.

Abstract: Provided is a system for cross-network data storage. A gateway is used for connecting a first network and a second network; a client sends an address acquisition instruction and a first IP address and port number of a coder to the gateway, acquires a second IP address and port number of the coder from the gateway, and sends a stream acquisition instruction and a first IP address and port number of a PCNVR to the gateway; the coder receives the address acquisition instruction and sends the second IP address and port of the coder to the gateway; and the PCNVR parses the stream acquisition instruction to acquire the second IP address and port number of the coder, acquires a code stream from the coder via the second network, and stores same. Also provided is a method for cross-network data storage. The method and system of the present invention can be adopted to reduce network bandwidth pressure of an external network, and improve the stability of data storage.
