    Abstract: The present invention discloses a waveform peak clipping method and system. The waveform peak clipping method includes: 1) for a complex waveform, building two pulses by a delta function at t=0: a real pulse and an imaginary pulse; 2) performing fast Fourier transform on the two pulses and removing power at a load rate; 3) compensating for missing power and performing inverse fast Fourier transform on results; 4) convolving the pulses built in step 3) with the original waveform; and 5) iterating the convolution process until the amplitudes of the obtained waveforms at all time samples are within a limit range of a digital-to-analog converter during clipping events of all the time samples. The peak clipping method is set in the present invention to limit the amplitude of a bias waveform of a transition edge sensor in any given time sample to a maximum range of the digital-to-analog converter, without affecting the power at the carrier frequencies.

    Abstract: A modified immune effector cell may be one in which the functions of a T cell antigen receptor (TCR) and major histocompatibility complexes (MHCI, MHCII) in the modified immune effector cell are inhibited in a T cell. Such a modified immune effector cell may include a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting GD2. Such a modified immune effector cell may knock out TCR and HLA-A genes expressed by the cell while recognizing surface antigens of tumor cells, so that multiple effects of improving the anti-tumor effect of CAR-T cells, prolonging the survival time of the cells, and reducing the immune rejection response caused by allogeneic cell therapy may be reduced.

The composite film has excellent thermal stability and a lower dielectric constant.

    Abstract: A charging port protection apparatus and a terminal related to the field of terminal technologies are provided, including a first detection circuit, a first discharge circuit, a second detection voltage, and a switch circuit. The first detection circuit generates a first detection voltage based on a peak voltage of an input voltage. The first discharge circuit discharges the peak voltage based on the first detection voltage. The second detection circuit generates a second detection voltage when the input voltage is greater than a first threshold. The switch circuit disconnects the input voltage based on the second detection voltage. This implements not only protection against an ESD and EOS peak voltage, but also protection against a high-voltage direct current. The protection against the peak voltage and the protection against the high-voltage direct current are not mutually limited, which implements protection against impact of electrical over-stress in various forms.

The wound healing film has good water resistance, mechanical properties, antibacterial activity and protein absorption capacity, and low degradation rate.
