Each of the at least one spring includes a fixing portion, a reed extending from the fixing portion along a rotation direction of the cylindrical body, and a catching portion disposed on the reed. The catching portion extends along the radial direction of the cylindrical body. The cover includes at least one clamping gap. Each of the at least one clamping gap includes an open provided along the rotation direction of the cylindrical body. The catching portion is inserted into the clamping gap from the opening by rotating the cover.
