    Abstract: Disclosed are a battery binder, a lithium-ion battery negative electrode plate and a lithium-ion battery. The adhesive contains a polymer having both hydrophillic and hydrophobic units. In addition, in the polymer, a medium-to-low molecular weight polymer is less than 5 wt % or less based on total amount of the polymer, and the molecular weight of the medium-to-low molecular weight polymer is less than 10000. The adhesive has a strong adhesive force, and the preparation method therefor is simple and low cost. Compared with an exiting negative electrode plate adhesive amount of 2.5%-5%, an adhesive amount of 1.5-2% can not only show a higher bonding force, but also the proportion of active material can be increased, thereby increasing the energy density of a battery.

    Abstract: An acrylonitrile copolymer binder and application thereof in lithium ion battery. The technical problem to be solved is to provide an acrylonitrile copolymer binder including the following structural units in percentage by weight: 78-95% of acrylonitrile unit, 1-10% of acrylic ester unit and 2-15% of acrylamide unit. For the binder, acrylonitrile monomer is taken as the main body, and acrylic ester monomer, acrylamide monomer or acrylate monomer with strong polarity is added to acrylonitrile for copolymerization to enable the flexibility of a polymer membrane, the affinity of an electrolyte and the proper swelling degree in the electrolyte while keeping strong adhesion or intermolecular force of acrylonitrile polymer molecules, so as to fit the periodic volume changes of electrode active materials along with lithium ion intercalation/deintercalation in charging and discharging processes, thereby improving the energy density and cycle performance of the lithium ion battery.
