Abstract: A sea-cross high-speed tunnel structure suspended in water includes a pipe body capable of suspending in water. The pipe body is formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of pipe sections. A reinforced concrete horizontal partition plate for dividing each pipe section to form an upper chamber and a lower chamber is fixed in each pipe section. Two closed tunnels arranged along a length direction of the pipe body are disposed in the upper chamber. Reinforced concrete fin plates are symmetrically disposed in a horizontal direction outside the pipe sections. A steel closed tunnel shell fixed to the reinforced concrete horizontal partition plate is disposed in the upper chamber. A rail bed is disposed in the steel closed tunnel shell. Electromagnetic regulating devices disposed transversely are fixedly connected between both sides of the rail bed and the steel closed tunnel shell.
