    Abstract: Provided is a sealing structure for a horizontal rotary pyrolysis kiln. A movable heat-insulation sealing ring is disposed such that a heat-insulation cavity is formed between the movable heat-insulation sealing ring and a flexible sealing mechanism. The heat-insulation cavity can effectively block the heat dissipated from a kiln tail cover and a kiln tail, thereby effectively reducing the ambient temperature of the flexible sealing mechanism in the heat-insulation cavity. In this way, the service life of the flexible sealing mechanism is prolonged, and the effectiveness of sealing is thus ensured.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which relates to the technical field of iron and steel smelting, and in which molten steel is mixed with lime first to produce basic slag; then converting is performed with oxygen to increase the oxidizability of the basic slag; and a carbon-containing reducing agent is finally added, so that in the process that the carbon is oxidized to release a large amount of carbon monoxide gas, phosphates are captured, and the basic slag is rapidly foamed and overflows from the opening of the steel ladle, so that conditions are no longer available for rephosphorization. Also disclosed is a method for producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which includes the above-described slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, and refining and ingotting after slag discharge.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for determining initiation positions of fretting fatigue cracks. The processed inner circular hole test workpiece is placed on a stage of an optical microscope, wherein the inner hole surface to be measured is perpendicular to the scanning beam direction of the microscope; measurement is performed along the real contact orientation between the inner hole surface of the inner circular hole test workpiece and the pin shaft. From the measured surface morphology and profile image, rectangular target areas with a coverage rate of 75%˜90%, and the amplitude distribution function, surface skewness and surface kurtosis values of the respective surface profiles are extracted from the target areas. By comparing the positive/negative of and the magnitude of the skewness and kurtosis values measured in the target areas, the side where the initiation position of fretting fatigue cracks is located can be determined.

    Abstract: An electrical heating coal material decomposition apparatus includes a closed kiln body with a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, and an electrical heating device arranged in the kiln body. A propulsion and decomposition path of coal material is formed between the electrical heating device and the inner wall of the kiln body. A coal decomposition gas collecting pipe communicates with the propulsion and decomposition path of coal material, and is connected with a gas dust-trapping and liquefying device arranged outside the kiln. The electrical heating device transfers heat to the pulverized coal inside the propulsion and decomposition path of coal material by conduction and irradiation. The pulverized coal absorbs sufficient heat and decomposes into fuel gas, tar gas and coal. The fuel gas and tar gas enters the gas dust-trapping and liquefying mechanism through the decomposed gas collecting tube, where they are collected, dust-trapped, separated and liquefied under pressure.

The pyrolyzed fuel gas and tar gas are transferred to the gas dedusting-liquifying mechanism outside the kiln through the connecting coal pyrolysis gas collecting tube for collecting, dedusting, separating and high-pressure liquefying.
