    Abstract: The present invention, pertaining to the field of wireless communications, discloses a mobile broadcast-based method and apparatus that includes: receiving a mobile broadcast signal; demodulating a location spreading signal inserted in the header of a time slot or a transmission frame of the mobile broadcast signal to acquire navigation message information, and measuring and acquiring location characteristic parameters, wherein the navigation message information includes the identifier of a mobile broadcast station, and the location characteristic parameters correspond to the identifier; and acquiring location data according to the location characteristic parameters and the navigation message information.

The cache controller is coupled to the cache array, for storing new entries in the cache array in response to accesses by a data processor, and evicts entries from the cache array according to a cache replacement policy. The cache controller includes a frequent writes predictor for storing frequency information indicating a write back frequency for the multiple number of entries. The cache controller selects a candidate entry for eviction based on both recency information and the frequency information.

The demodulation chip is not only capable of demodulating broadcast data in a mobile broadcast signal, but also capable of demodulating a spread spectrum signal for positioning-inserted in the header of a time slot or in the header of a transmission frame of a received mobile broadcast signal to acquire navigation message information and location characteristic parameters, thereby effectively improving location accuracy.

    Abstract: The present invention, pertaining to the field of communications technologies, discloses a locating method and a locating system. The method includes: receiving a locating request and a locating feature parameter from a terminal, where the locating feature parameter is acquired by demodulating a locating spread spectrum signal inserted in a timeslot header or a transmission frame header of a mobile broadcast signal after the terminal receives the mobile broadcast signal; and locating the terminal by using a grid-based feature parameter matching algorithm according to the locating feature parameter. According to the present invention, a locating feature parameter that is acquired after a terminal demodulates a received mobile broadcast signal is received from the terminal; and the terminal is located by using a grid-based feature parameter matching algorithm according to the locating feature parameter.

    Abstract: A mobile communication base station (BS) radio frequency (RF) signal sector switching system is provided. The system is disposed between BS RF interfaces of a wireless communication BS and BS antennas, and includes BS end interfaces connected to the three BS RF interfaces in the wireless communication BS, antenna end interfaces connected to the three BS antennas, and a switching circuit between the BS end interfaces and the antenna end interfaces, enabling any BS end interface to be electrically connected to one, two, or three antenna end interfaces at the same time, and enabling any antenna end interface to be electrically connected to one, two, or three BS end interfaces at the same time. With original BS antenna configurations unchanged, the mobile communication BS RF signal sector switching system can increase a channel utilization rate of an idle sector, reduce cases of channel congestion of a sector of heavy traffic, and has advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.
