Abstract: A split-type external device for fixation of cervical and thoracic vertebrae, the device including: a first part adapted to cover a neck and a chest of a patient, a second part adapted to cover a head of the patient, and a third part adapted to cover an abdomen and waist of the patient. The first part includes a first left part and a first right part. The first left part and the first right part are symmetrically disposed along a front middle seam and a back middle seam which are corresponding to axial lines on the front and back of the patient; the first left part includes a left neck part, a left upper chest part, a left front part, a left back part, and a left upper back part which are integrated with one another to yield a first left cavity adapted to accommodating filler slurry.

Abstract: An external fixation device for fractured forearms and/or hands. The device includes an arm-shaped main body and a cavity. The main body includes: a forepart which corresponds to a hand of a patient, and a rear part which corresponds to a segment extending from the hand to an elbow joint of the patient. The main body includes a first edge and a second edge. The first edge of the main body is provided with a flexible cotton member, and a placket is connected to the outer side of the flexible cotton member. The second edge of the main body is provided with a plurality of elastic belts. The rear part of the main body includes an opening which is located at a position corresponding to the elbow joint of the patient and communicates with the filler cavity.

Abstract: A fixation device for pelvis includes a front fixation plate and a back fixation plate. The front fixation plate and the rear fixation plate are detachably connected to form a receiving space for receiving the waist, the abdomen, the hip and the thighs. The front fixation plate includes a first left-side piece and a first right-side piece. The rear fixation plate includes a second left-side piece and a second right-side piece. The first left-side piece, the first right-side piece, the second left-side piece and the second right-side piece are respectively provided with a cavity for accommodating a polyurethane slurry. When in use, the cavities are respectively injected with the polyurethane slurry, and after the polyurethane slurry solidifies, the shape of the fixation device is matched to the waist, the abdomen, the hip and the thighs to support the patient's hip and pelvis.

Abstract: An external fixation device for body includes a front part and a back part and can be shaped according to the shape of human body. The front part includes a cavity, two layers of knitting cloth, and elastic belts. The back part includes a cavity, two layers of knitting cloth, and plackets. The lower end edge of the front part and the lower end edge of the back part are respectively provided with a filling port and the filling ports are both sewed with a hook and loop. An outer side of one of the elastic belts of the front part and an inner side of one of the plackets of the back part are respectively provided with a piece of a first fastener. An armhole width part of the front part and an armhole width part of the back part are respectively provided with a piece of a second fastener.

Abstract: A waist fixation device includes a back piece, a first elastic band, a second elastic band, and a wing piece. The first elastic band and the second elastic band are respectively arranged at the two sides of the back piece. When in use, the shape of the back piece is matched with the posterior side of the waist of the patient. The first elastic band and the second elastic band are respectively adhered on the two sides of the waist of the patient. The fixation device is fixed around the waist of the patient for supporting and fixing the waist.

Abstract: An external device for fixation of cervical vertebrae includes a waistcoat-shaped main body. The waistcoat-shaped main body includes a left part, a right part and polyurethane slurry. The left part and the right part respectively includes of two layers of knitting cloth and a cavity between the two layers of knitting cloth. The left part and the right part are filled with the polyurethane slurry. The left part and the right part are respectively provided with corresponding adjustable connecting structures. The external device for fixation of cervical vertebrae rapidly shapes according to human bodies and keeps the cervical vertebrae of patients in a proper position.

Abstract: A polyurethane used for orthopedics external fixing system in complex environment is obtained by reaction of mixture of polyether polyol with modified isocyanate in the weight ratio of 1:0.6-0.75. The modified isocyanate is obtained by reaction of polyphenylene polymethylene isocyanate with polyether glycol. The components and corresponding weight percent amounts of the mixture of polyether polyol are as follows: 60-65% polyether polyol; 0.3-1% catalyst; 0.1-2% foam stabilizer; 0.1-2% or 3-20% foaming agent; 25-40% filler and 0.5-2% functional auxiliary agent. The method of producing the polyurethane is also provided.
