The method further includes dispatching the HTTP request to a selected application server of a set of application servers. In addition, the method includes servicing the request. Moreover, the method includes storing stateful information as at least one object in a central object store, wherein each of the at least one object is accessible via a lookup key. Also, the method includes generating a cookie. Further, the method includes encrypting into the cookie each lookup key for the at least one object. In addition, the method includes transmitting a response to the client device, the response comprising the cookie.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes serving a webpage comprising a reference to a network location of a form-generator client application to a client device. Additionally, the method includes receiving a request from the client device for the form-generator client application and supplying the form-generator client application to the client device. In addition, the method includes receiving a request for an entity schema of at least one database entity of the plurality of database entities. The method further includes transmitting a standardized schema to the loaded form-generator client application so that a client-side database form can be dynamically generated. In addition, the method includes interacting with the dynamically-generated client-side database form to perform one or more persistent storage operations.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method is performed by a computer system. The method includes providing a performance-monitoring platform as a service, the performance-monitoring platform comprising at least one agent manager. The method further includes facilitating creation of a customized performance-monitoring application, the performance-monitoring application comprising an agent and at least one user dashboard. The agent is configured to collect performance data related to a specified monitored resource. The agent parses the collected performance data to a monitoring server for storage according to at least one standard data model. The at least one user dashboard allows users to view information related to the collected performance data. The facilitating includes configuring deployment attributes of the customized performance-monitoring application responsive to developer input. Moreover, the method includes deploying the customized performance-monitoring application on the performance-monitoring platform.
