Abstract: A laser and cutting machining apparatus includes a laser cutting device, and the laser cutting device includes a housing, a guide plain shaft, and a machining mechanism. The guide plain shaft is arranged in the housing, and the machining mechanism includes a laser shell slidably connected to the guide plain shaft, a laser device arranged in the laser shell, and a cutter mechanism arranged in the laser shell; the laser device and the cutter mechanism is movable with the laser shell along the guide plain shaft relative to the housing. The laser and cutting machining apparatus integrates the laser device and the cutter mechanism, is simple and convenient to operate, and can perform laser engraving and cutter cutting on a workpiece by a laser or a cutter, thereby achieving the tabletop and miniaturized configuration of the laser and cutting machining apparatus.

Abstract: Various implementations described herein include methods and systems for coding video. In one aspect, a video bitstream includes a current image frame and a first syntax element. The first syntax element has a first predefined value that indicates that the band offset only mode is enabled to determine a first sample offset of a first color sample based on luma samples, independently of any associated luma gradient of the luma samples. When the band offset only mode is enabled, quantized values are generated based on the luma samples including a first luma sample collocated with the first color sample. A first color sample is classified based on the quantized values to determine the first sample offset of the first color sample. The current image frame is reconstructed at least by adjusting the first color sample based on the first sample offset.

Frac hits can cause parent well production loss, making it an important consideration when it comes to well spacing-stacking, completion design, and drilling schedules optimization decisions. In cases where parent wells have been knocked offline by frac hits, well interventions are often necessary to restore production. Refracturing of parent wells has been proven to protect them from offset infill frac hits, and also presents a secondary field development opportunity.
