The method further includes, in accordance with the first block being predicted in the subblock mode: deriving a set of motion vector predictors (MVPs) corresponding to a plurality of subblocks of the first block; deriving a set of motion vector differences (MVDs) for the plurality of subblocks; determining a set of motion vectors for the plurality of subblocks by applying the set of MVDs to the set of MVPs; and reconstructing the first block using the set of motion vectors.

Misalignment of a container loaded onto an autonomous vehicle is detected by receiving data including an indication that the container is loaded onto the autonomous vehicle. A scanning device mounted on the autonomous vehicle captures a plurality of data points in the vicinity of the container. A misalignment detection module identifies a first data point of the plurality of data points and a second data point of the plurality of data points. The misalignment detection module evaluates a height difference between a height of the first data point and a height of the second data point. The misalignment detection module determines whether the container is misaligned on the autonomous vehicle based on the height difference. An indication of whether the container is misaligned is provided.

A server obtains reference signal received powers of a plurality of downlink beams, and determines a path angle and path strength of a propagation path from an antenna in a power angular spectrum cell indicated by each power angular spectrum cell identity to a grid indicated by each grid identity, based on an association relationship between the reference signal received powers of the plurality of downlink beams and the following: a grid identity, a serving cell identity, and a power angular spectrum cell. The server can determine the radio channel multipath information based on the reference signal received powers of the plurality of downlink beams, instead of depending on map and engineering parameter information. This helps improve accuracy of the radio channel multipath information.
