    Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a dynamic prediction control method for a precision air conditioner. An example method includes: generating a three-dimensional simulation model on the basis of a simulation template according to static information of a hardware configuration and layout of an application scene where the precision air conditioner is located, wherein the three-dimensional simulation model and a static model of the hardware configuration and layout of the application scene correspond to each other; running a simulation on the basis of a dynamic parameter of the precision air conditioner corresponding to the three-dimensional simulation model and establishing a correspondence relationship between the dynamic parameter and a simulation result using machine learning, so as to generate a proxy model; and predicting a temperature distribution and change of the application scene on the basis of the proxy model and real-time dynamic data of the precision air conditioner.

    Abstract: A computing device includes computing modules, each of which comprises a plurality of neuron populations. The computing module is configured to project the input spike train which is weighted by a first weight matrix to a first neuron population through a multi-synapse projection. The multi-synapse projection has at least two different and positive synaptic time constants, or at least two different synaptic transmission delays. In order to realize time-domain convolution in a spiking neural network with low hardware resource consumption, a multi-synaptic projection technology means with different synaptic time constants is proposed. On this basis, a waveform-aware spike neural network for time-domain signal processing characterized by residual connections and skip connections is further proposed. Through these technical means, the performance gap between SNN and ANN is bridged, and SNN with performance reaching or close to ANN is obtained.

    Abstract: A frame image conversion spike system is disclosed. In order to solve the technical problem of high power consumption when converting a frame image into a spike event, a frame rate or difference frame frequency is adaptively adjusted according to the amount of effective pixel change between frame images, so as to reduce system power consumption and adaptively respond to scene application needs. In order to solve the issue of low inference accuracy after converting frame images into spike events and directly applying them to an SNN processor, a global randomization scheme is proposed considering the randomization process of images as a whole. It has opened up all the links of applying a frame image sensor to the SNN processor and provided an alternative to an event camera. This is suitable for a brain-inspired chip and AIoT field.

In response to determining that the zone is subject to abnormal air pollution emission in the first time period, a second set of features characterizing air condition in the zone is obtained. A future second time period in which the zone is subject to abnormal air pollution emission is determined based on the second set of features and using a second prediction classifier. The second time period is included in the first time period. In this way, the abnormal air pollution emission in the zone can be accurately and efficiently predicted.
