    Abstract: A compiler may identify tensor operations in a deep learning model. For each tensor operation, the compiler may generate schedules arranged in a hierarchical structure. The compiler may select one or more schedules from the lowest level of the hierarchical structure by inputting the schedules at the lowest level and optionally other data into a trained model. The trained model may output a selection of one or more schedules. After selecting schedules for the tensor operations, the compiler may generate a graph including edges representing connections between the schedules. Each edge connects a schedule for a producing tensor operation to a schedule for a consuming tensor operation. The compiler may determine a weight for each edge and select a path based on the weights of the edges. The schedules along the path constitute a combined schedule to be used to transform loops of the deep learning model.

Mediator application(s) handle RTB auctions, receive a predicted offer price and predicted key performance index (KPI) performance metrics from a machine learning (ML) model, and choose the bid offer price based on the price adjustment variable, the predicted offer price and predicted KPI performance metric. The ML model predicts a win-price prediction and KPI performance metrics for the mediator. A feedback loop provides bids and impression delivery information from the mediator application to the MDP application.

    Abstract: The invention uses gel layers to cover and/or separate one or more aqueous reaction mixtures in a reaction vessel. A gel layer can protect reagents or reaction products from contacting the atmosphere. A gel layer can also separate multiple aqueous reaction mixtures so that they do not contact one another until the gel layer is broken. An oil layer can be inserted immediately underneath a gel layer. Gel layers can be penetrated by insertion of a tip from a micropipette to deliver a solution, such as a sample, below a gel layer. Micropipette tips or inert rods can also be used to disrupt gel layers resulting in mixing of aqueous reaction mixtures above and below a layer. Gel layers can also be broken by selective application of heat or movement of magnetic beads. Multiple gel layers separating multiple aqueous reagent mixtures can be broken in a defined sequence for an ordered series of bioprocessing steps.
