    Abstract: A semiconductor structure and a method of fabricating therefor are disclosed. A second contact pad (500) is arranged lateral to a first contact pad (420) in an interconnect structure (400). As a result, during fabrication of the interconnect structure (400), the first contact pad (420) will not be present alone in a large bland area, due to the presence of the second contact pad (500). Thus, a pattern feature for the first contact pad (420) will not be over-resolved, increasing formation accuracy of the first contact pad (420) and thus guaranteeing good electrical transmission performance of the resulting interconnect structure (400).

A server computer system may receive, via a proxy layer of a first instance of an application executing within a first computing zone according to a first set of coding protocols, a request for a service executed via a second instance of the application in a second computing zone according to a second, different set of coding protocols. The system may alter, via a remote layer of the first instance, a set of data specified in the request to comply with the second, set of protocols. The system may transmit, via the remote layer of the first instance to a remote layer of the second instance, the altered set of data. The system may advantageously provide a simplified development interface allowing for both development and testing within a local environment without deployment of multiple different services.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a direct current (DC) transformer error detection apparatus for a pulsating harmonic signal, including a DC and pulsating harmonic current output module and an external detected input module, where the DC and pulsating harmonic current output module outputs a DC and a DC superimposed pulsating harmonic current to an internal sampling circuit and a self-calibrated standard resistor array; and the internal sampling circuit converts the input DC and the input DC superimposed pulsating harmonic current into a voltage signal, and sends the voltage signal to an analog-to-digital (AD) sampling and measurement component through a front-end conditioning circuit and a detected input channel. The DC transformer error detection apparatus can complete self-calibration for measurement of the DC and the pulsating harmonic signal on a test site.

The method includes the following steps: taking a cheese powder, adding chymosin for enzymolysis, and subjecting a material obtained after the enzymolysis to puffing and drying to obtain a modified cheese powder; preparing materials; taking the modified cheese powder, heating the modified cheese powder under stirring until the cheese powder is melt, adding sodium bicarbonate to adjust the pH to 6-7, and adding papain for enzymolysis; taking a material obtained after the enzymolysis, adding butter, a skimmed milk powder, fructo-oligosaccharide and water for mixing by stirring, and then adding an emulsifying salt, glutamine transaminase and salt for uniform heating and stirring to obtain a mixture; and subjecting the mixture to heat treatment, hot filling and cooling in sequence to obtain processed cheese.
