The display panel includes a display area, a driving area, and a fan-out area provided with a plurality of fan-out wirings and at least including a first section wiring connected with data signal terminals, a second section wiring connected with the first section wiring, and a third section wiring connected with the second section wiring. The fan-out wirings are close to a central axis of the driving area, so that a difference between lengths of the first section wirings on both sides and a length of the first section wiring close to the central axis is reduced, thus effectively shortening the length of the first section wiring close to the central axis when the first section wiring on both sides maintains a predetermined length, therefore, the fan-out area is compressed and a width of the display panel border is shortened.

By this structure, the width of the effective collector region is reduced, the collector junction capacitance is reduced, and the frequency characteristics of the device are further improved; an appropriate choice of the thickness of the Si cap layer can effectively reduce the accumulation of carriers at an interface and increase the gain of the device; at the same time, the preparation method of the bipolar transistor is completely compatible with a 90-nanometer CMOS process, which effectively reduces the development and manufacturing cost of the device.

An InGaP material has characteristics of a high carrier mobility of the InP material and a forbidden band width of the GaP material, so that the present disclosure employs the N-type In1-xGaxP layer as the collector to improve the frequency and power characteristics of the device, and realize the system integration of terahertz band chips. Further, the present disclosure utilizes the characteristics of the above materials and takes an advantages of “energy band engineering”, uses the In1-xGaxP (x=0-1) is used as the material of the collector of the SiGe-HBT, the composition molar ratio X of In and Ga is appropriately selected, such that the materials SiGe of the collector and the sub-collector have the same lattice constant, so as to effectively improve interface characteristics of InGaP and SiGe materials.

The system may define a switching frequency waveform that may be used to generate a current switching frequency signal as a function of a system clock. The system may quantize the current switching frequency signal to generate a discrete switching frequency signal that is realizable with the system clock. The system may detect quantization noise and input the noise into the current switching frequency signal to eliminate or reduce discrete tones at the switching frequencies of a PWM signal spectrum.
