Provided is a resource management device, comprising one or a plurality of processors, said processor or processors being configured to: obtain interference information from another resource management device, said interference information comprising mutual interference between a plurality of managed systems managed by the resource management device, and interference of a plurality of managed systems by one or a plurality of non-managed systems not managed by the resource management device; determine a communication resource for each managed system on the basis of the obtained interference information; and notify a corresponding managed system of the determined communication resource.

Abstract: This application provides a printed circuit board assembly and an electronic device. The printed circuit board assembly includes: a printed circuit board, where the printed circuit board includes a functional network, and the functional network is configured to provide an electrical function; a conductive part, where the conductive part is connected to the printed circuit board and is electrically connected in parallel to the functional network; and a cover-shaped structure, where the cover-shaped structure covers the conductive part and is connected to the printed circuit board, and the cover-shaped structure is configured to prevent the conductive part located in the cover-shaped structure from contacting a conductor outside the cover-shaped structure. The foregoing technical solutions can reduce impedance of a circuit board, improve a current utilization, and further improve mechanical reliability of the circuit board.

An exemplary method includes: obtaining configuration information for a beam failure recovery (BFR) procedure on sidelink, wherein the configuration information indicates a periodic window; performing a reception of at least one transmission of a beam failure detection reference signal (BFD-RS) on the sidelink within the periodic window according to the configuration information. Embodiments of the present application can efficiently reduce delay as well as signalling overhead for BFR in sidelink.
