Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure include an apparatus at base station side in a wireless communication system for multi-user superposition transmission. The apparatus includes a superposition control unit and an indication generation unit. The superposition control unit is configured to insert, into a data stream of each user equipment in a group of user equipment comprising a plurality of user equipment, a demodulation reference signal corresponding to the data stream, and superpose demodulation reference signals corresponding to data streams of respective user equipment. The indication generation unit is configured to generate, for at least a first user equipment among the plurality of user equipment, an indication regarding a demodulation reference signal corresponding to a data stream of other user equipment among the plurality of user equipment, to assist the first user equipment in demodulating data transmitted in the multi-user superposition transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are high Tm RNA nanostructures that can be composed of one or more modules or motifs to build RNA nanostructures with or without layers. The RNA nanostructures can have a core domain and three or more double-stranded arms and formulations thereof to conjugate high copy numbers of therapeutics, pH responsive or enzyme cleavable drug cargo. Also described herein is a design strategy for generation of synthetic RNA oligonucleotides that can self assemble into highly thermostable RNA structures. Also described herein are uses of the RNA nanostructures described herein.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a splicing imprint template including a first splicing area and a second splicing area adjacent to each other, the preparation method including: forming a first splicing imprint pattern in the first splicing area on a base substrate; forming a sacrificial layer on a side surface of the first splicing imprint pattern facing away from the base substrate; forming a second template glue in the second splicing area on the base substrate; patterning the second template glue in the second splicing area by a preset cavity template; curing and demolding the second template glue; and removing the sacrificial layer through a specific film removing process. Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for detecting an intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). The system includes a communication interface configured to receive a sequence of image slices and an end-to-end multi-task learning model. The sequence of image slices is the head scan images of a subject acquired by an image acquisition device. The end-to-end multi-task learning model includes an encoder, a bi-directional Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network (ConvRNN), a decoder, and a classifier. The system further includes at least one processor configured to extract feature maps from each image slice using the encoder, capture contextual information between adjacent image slices using the bi-directional ConvRNN, and detect the ICH of the subject using the classifier based on the extracted feature maps of the image slices and the contextual information or segment each image slice using the decoder to obtain an ICH region based on the extracted feature maps of the image slice.

Abstract: Cancer is a genetic disease initiated by somatic mutations and progressed by an accumulation of genomic aberrations. Differentiating cancer driver somatic mutations from passenger and benign mutations is a critical step toward better understanding of cancer biology. It also provides important insights into cancer detection and prognosis monitoring. Provided herein are machine learning methods that utilize a deep-learning framework to predict mutation-associated pathogenicity, including cancer-related pathogenicity risk of somatic mutations. The methods incorporate not only an annotation comprising functional features, genomic features, epigenetic features, and other annotated features related to the mutation, but also a separate annotation including the surrounding sequence content of the test mutation. The methods can provide a quantitative score from the two or more annotation sets of a mutant reflecting the pathogenic risk of a mutation, including those involved in carcinogenesis and cancer progression.

By using the device in the wireless communication system and the wireless communication method according to the present disclosure, SPS resources can be reasonably configured so as to reduce the possibility of interference, and a reselection of a SPS configuration can be performed quickly and efficiently when potential interference is found.
