  • Publication number: 20120103115
Abstract: A nut rotary ball screw with a predetermined pressure structure is disclosed. In the nut rotary ball screw of the present invention, we may rotate the predetermined pressure adjusting device to adjust the magnitude of the predetermined pressure by generating a predetermined pressure between the first inner slot and the outer slot as well as the first rolling pieces and between the second inner slot and the outer slot as well as the first rolling pieces. The present invention can greatly simplify the complicated adjustment process of the predetermined pressure in the prior art and can eliminate the time-consuming grinding step and the steps to disassemble or assemble a bolt. Accordingly, the present may simplify the adjustment process of the predetermined pressure and may lower the production cost.

  • Patent number: 7634952
Abstract: The rotating nut ball screw unit with lubricating arrangement has a lubricating device composed of a main body, a collar and a bearing. The main body is provided with several oil holes and is attached to the end surface of the nut. The main body is relatively rotatable with respect to the collar intercalating the bearing therebetween. An oil storage forces the lubricant into an oil reserving space surrounded by the main body, the collar and the bearing. The oil reserving space is in communication with the oil holes and allows the lubricant to be forced into the main body and then to reach the surface of the screw bolt via oil holes. The forced lubrication arrangement of the present invention ensures a better lubricating effect.

  • Patent number: 7562599
Abstract: A ball screw assembly includes a helical groove formed in the outer surface of the screw shaft without extending to both ends thereof, and an escape portion formed in the form of a slot is connected to one end of the helical groove of the screw shaft. The escape portion allows the cassette to abut against an outer periphery of the screw shaft, and the tongue portion is inserted deeply in the escape portion, such that the cassette is allowed to be rotated to effect axial movement relative to the screw shaft, thus finishing assembly of the nut, and the balls can be prevented from dropping out of the ball screw when the nut is disengaged from the screw shaft or when the nut moves out of travel.

  • Patent number: 7562596
Abstract: A fixed torque preload piece is positioned between two nuts of a ball screw, the preload piece is formed with through hole located in an axial direction of the two nuts for receiving at least two steel balls. Two terminal openings of each of the through holes are defined in the surfaces of the preload piece facing the two opposite nuts. Three radial threaded holes are formed in the outer periphery of the preload piece, and the threaded holes are vertical to and in communication with the through holes. An adjusting member, an elastic member and an adjusting screw are received sequentially in the respective threaded holes. The steel balls in the through holes are pushed against the two nuts by the arc-shaped abutting surface of the adjusting member, the pushing of the steel balls can produce an adjustable preload, and can absorb the sudden increase of the pressure effectively, thus obtaining the objective of the present invention of outputting torque stably.

  • Patent number: 7520193
Abstract: A ball screw assembly, wherein the circulate component is positioned in the nut by inserting a protrusion in a notch, so that the circulate component is positioned easily, and the problem of assembly difficulty is solved. The method of fixing the circulate components in the nut is that: the circulate component is formed with an axial hole and the radial hole that are connected to each other, the axial hole of the circulate component is aligned to the axial locking hole of the nut, and then liquid resin is injected into the axial hole of the circulate components, and the liquid resin will form a locking members after curing, thus fixing the circulate component in the nut. Due to the formation of the locking member is determined by the diameter of the hole to be machined, the configuration of locking member will be varied in response to the diameter of the hole to be machined. Whatever the diameter of the hole to be machined changes or not, it will not affect the interchangeability of the locking member.

  • Publication number: 20070295133
Abstract: A ball screw with an engaging type circulation cassette comprises a nut, a screw shaft and a circulation cassette. The nut and the circulation cassette are defined with a locking groove and a protruding block respectively, and an elastic connecting portion is defined on the circulation cassette for connecting with the engaging groove or the engaging block. Thereby this invention solves the conventional problem of fixing the circulation cassette to the nut only by using the locking element, and the elastic connecting portion of the circulation cassette can increase the convenience for assembling. Furthermore, the circulation path of the circulation cassette is of close type, which can prevent the ball from impacting the nut, so as to reduce the generation of noise.
