    Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a compound that inhibits c-Abl tyrosine kinase (also referred to herein as “c-Abl”). The compound embodiments described herein are novel c-Abl inhibitors that can bind to c-Abl at an allosteric site and inhibit its activity in various pathways. The compound embodiments also are capable of crossing the blood brain barrier and therefore are useful in inhibiting c-Abl activity as it affects pathways and/or proteins in the brain. The compound embodiments described herein are effective therapeutic agents for treating diseases involving c-Abl, such as cancers, motor neuron diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases. Also disclosed herein are embodiments of methods for making and using the c-Abl inhibitory compound embodiments.

The support device includes a base, a positioning sleeve, an upper support and a weighing sensor, a sensor groove being provided in the middle of the base, the weighing sensor being arranged in the sensor groove, the positioning sleeve being arranged on the base in a covering mode, a positioning hole being provided in the middle of the positioning sleeve, the upper support being movably inserted in the positioning hole, and a bottom surface of the upper support penetrating the positioning hole to abut against a top surface of the weighing sensor. The raw coal bunker uses the support device. Compared with the prior art, the present invention effectively meets the weighing requirement of the raw coal bunker.

The unknown and reference signatures indicate patterns that correspond to known threats to resources (such as computer systems and/or computer networks) in a computer environment and comprise a multitude of descriptive elements having information describing different aspects of a corresponding signature. A set of similarity measures is created of the unknown and reference signatures from different perspectives, each perspective corresponding to a descriptive element. The set of similarity measures are integrated to generate an overall similarity metric. The overall similarity metric is used to find appropriate categories in the reference signatures into which the unknown signatures should be placed. The unknown signatures are placed into the appropriate categories to create a mapping from the unknown signatures to the reference signatures.
