Patent number: 11960318Abstract: A clock oscillator, a clock oscillator production method and use method, and a chip including the clock oscillator are provided. The clock oscillator includes a resonator, a shock-absorbing material layer, and a base, and at least a part of the shock-absorbing material layer is located between the resonator and the base. In the clock oscillator, the shock-absorbing material layer is added between the resonator and the base, and the shock-absorbing material layer can effectively prevent a mechanical wave from being conducted between the base and the resonator, so that the resonator is protected from external vibration. This can ensure, when there is external vibration, that an output frequency of the resonator is not deteriorated and improve shock absorption performance of the clock oscillator.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2021Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.Inventors: Wei Wu, Jinhui Wang, Hao Li, Yong Yang, Xinhua Huang

Publication number: 20100158742Abstract: In a hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process, for example for securing blades (5) to a disc (3) to form a blisk (1), the temperature of the powder (6) to be consolidated is raised to a predetermined temperature, which may be the eventual required pressing temperature, before the pressure rise to the pressing pressure is initiated. If the powder is a titanium alloy and the process employs steel tooling pieces, the application of pressure occurs only when the temperature has risen to the extent that the steel is harder than the titanium alloy.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 1, 2009Publication date: June 24, 2010Applicant: ROLLS-ROYCE PLCInventors: Wayne E. Patent number: 7641847Abstract: A component can be formed by a hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process but it is necessary to reinforce intricate internal structures against collapse and deformation by the hot isostatic pressing process. The present method utilizes a low melting point salt or alloy reinforcement within the structure which can be released when molten through a drain from the internal structure. The reinforcement may be molten as a result of the hot isostatic process or through achieving a temperature with the component which causes the reinforcement to become molten but without damaging the component itself. The remaining parts of the reinforcement may be removed by use of a solvent or simple washing with a corrosive agent to remove any reinforcement debris.Type: GrantFiled: October 2, 2006Date of Patent: January 5, 2010Assignee: Rolls-Royce plcInventors: Wayne E Voice, Xinhua Wu, Michael Loretto
