Abstract: A method and a system for monitoring abnormal state of swines based on edge computing are provided, including a data acquisition and processing module, an edge computing gateway, a cloud server and a client, where the data acquisition and processing module includes a microphone array, a digital signal processing module, a power amplification module, a power supply module and a communication module; the microphone array is used to acquire and store audio data collected in the pigsty; after being processed by the data processing module, the audio data is transmitted to the edge computing gateway through the communication module; the edge computing gateway identifies and locates the abnormal sound in the pigsty, and sends the result to the cloud server; the cloud server stores the data, establishes an early warning model of the swine abnormal state, and sends the early warning information to mobile phone or computer client.

Abstract: Disclosed are a three-dimensional visual perception method, a model training method and a device. The three-dimensional visual perception method includes: obtaining an image captured by a camera mounted on a movable device; determining, based on a camera parameter corresponding to the image, position information respectively corresponding to at least partial pixels in the image within a camera coordinate system; generating a position encoding feature map based on the position information respectively corresponding to the at least partial pixels; generating a fusion feature map based on the image and the position encoding feature map; and generating, based on the fusion feature map, a three-dimensional visual perception result corresponding to the image by using a three-dimensional visual perception model. According to the embodiments of this disclosure, accuracy and reliability of the three-dimensional visual perception result are well ensured.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, kits, and materials for amplifying, enriching or detecting a target nucleic acid, especially in a small amount, in a sample by digesting or degrading non-target nucleic acids in the sample before or during amplification and may detect the target nucleic acids. Interference of the non-target nucleic acids before or during amplification or detection will be minimized and the sensitivity, accuracy and efficiency of the amplification or detection will be greatly increased.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a biaxial supporting device for a rotary opposed piston engine, comprising a cylinder body, a fixing component, a thick axle and a thin axle; the interior of the cylinder body has a cavity; the fixing component is fixed on the outer side wall of the cylinder body; the thick axle is provided with a through hole coaxial with the first axle hole, and is rotatably connected with the through hole; the thin axle is in transition fit with the through hole of the thick axle, and is rotatably connected with the fixing component. The present invention has simple structure, can effectively reduce a diameter difference of two axles to ensure the relatively small diameter of the thick axle and the relatively high strength of the thin axle, and can effectively realize biaxial support of the rotary opposed piston engine.

Further provided is a use of the nucleic acid test kit, and a test method for the nucleic acid. When the nucleic acid test kit, mutated Cpf1 protein, or crRNA of the present invention are used for nucleic acid testing (for example, testing the nucleic acid of a SARS-related coronavirus or MERS coronavirus), the signal strength during the test is substantially enhanced, and the test time is thus reduced and the test efficiency improved.
