    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide method and apparatus for video coding. In some examples, an apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry decodes prediction information of a first block from a coded video bitstream. The first block is a non-square block and the prediction information for the first block is indicative of a first intra prediction mode in a first set of intra prediction modes for a square block. Then, the processing circuitry remaps the first intra prediction mode to a second intra prediction mode in a second set of intra prediction modes that is used for the non-square block. The second set of intra prediction modes includes at least the second intra prediction mode that is not in the first set of intra prediction modes. Further, the processing circuitry reconstructs at least one sample of the first block according to the second intra prediction mode.

In embodiments, the method includes positioning an X-ray source of the system via a controller at one or more calibration positions based at least in part on at least one camera of the system. The prediction method for a healthy radius includes: obtaining a blood vessel radius of the blood vessel path; by a processor, detecting a radius peak of the blood vessel radius of the blood vessel path; and by the processor, predicting the healthy radius of the blood vessel path by performing a regression on the radius peak of the blood vessel radius. The blood vessel stenosis degree prediction device can, in certain embodiments, automatically determine the candidate stenosis and detect the degree of stenosis for the candidate stenosis range, significantly reduce the computation load, improve the detection efficiency and effectively avoid missed detection.

In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry that decodes prediction information for a plurality of first blocks in a current coded picture that is a part of a coded video sequence. The prediction information indicates that the plurality of first blocks is coded in a local illumination compensation (LIC) mode. The processing circuitry selects a neighboring region for each of the plurality of first blocks. The selected neighboring region and the respective first block form a second block. The processing circuitry performs an inter prediction for the plurality of second blocks in parallel. The processing circuitry determines a set of LIC parameters for each of the plurality of first blocks based on the selected neighboring region of the respective first block and reconstructs the plurality of first blocks based on the sets of LIC parameters.

    Abstract: A method of video decoding can include receiving a bit stream including coded bits of bins of syntax elements. The syntax elements are of various types that correspond to transform coefficients of a transform block in a coded picture. Context modeling is performed to determine a context model for each bin of the syntax elements. In a given frequency region of the transform block, for one type of the syntax elements, a group of the transform coefficients having different template magnitudes within a predetermined range share a same context model, or one of the transform coefficients uses the same context model for possible different template magnitudes of the one of the transform coefficients. The possible different template magnitudes are within the predetermined range. The coded bits are decoded based on the context models determined for each bin of the syntax elements to determine the bins of the syntax elements.

Alternatively, power consumption may be reduced by delaying calibration of the next path after swapping of the paths.
