    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of nano-aluminum oxide (nano-Al2O3) with a controllable hydroxyl content, belonging to the technical field of nano-alumina. H2O2 dissolved in water dissociates a large number of hydroxyl radicals. In the present disclosure, a resulting H2O2 solution is used as a solvent for precipitation; during the precipitation, a soluble aluminum salt and a pore-enlarging agent are reacted to generate a precipitate under alkaline conditions, and the hydroxyl radicals are distributed on a surface of the precipitate. During drying, the hydroxyl radicals are converted into bound water and distributed on a surface and in pores of an aluminum hydroxide precursor; during roasting, the bound water is destroyed to form hydroxyl. The hydroxyl content of the nano-Al2O3 can be regulated by controlling a concentration of the H2O2 solution, and the nano-Al2O3 has the hydroxyl content positively correlated with the concentration of the H2O2 solution.

The apparatus includes: a first generating unit configured in a media access control (MAC) layer of the terminal equipment and configured to generate at least one protocol data unit (PDU) in a mode identical to a transmission mode to which a service data unit (SDU) contained in a PDU corresponds; and a first transmitting unit configured in the MAC layer and configured to transmit the PDU to a physical layer of the terminal equipment, and notify the transmission mode to which the PDU corresponds to the physical layer. This disclosure facilitates the physical layer to transmit data in a corresponding transmission mode. The terminal equipment may determine the transmission mode or set the transmission mode according to the indication information, and layers of the terminal equipment perform corresponding processing.

    Abstract: The optical fibers disclosed have single mode and few mode optical transmission for VCSEL-based optical fiber transmission systems. The optical fibers have a cable cutoff wavelength ?C of equal to or below 1260 nm thereby defining single mode operation at a wavelength in a first wavelength range greater than 1260 nm and few-mode operation at a wavelength in a second wavelength range from 970 nm and 1070 nm. The mode-field diameter is in the range from 9.3 microns to 10.9 microns at 1550 nm. The optical fibers have an overfilled bandwidth OFL BW of 1 GHz.km to 3 GHz.km at the at least one wavelength in the second wavelength range. VCSEL based optical transmission systems and methods are disclosed that utilize both single core and multicore versions of the optical fiber.

The method of the present invention is based on the observation that measurement of fan beam datasets allows the synthesis of collimated beam data to derive MDRFs by use of an algorithm that finds the common or intersecting data subsets of two or more orthogonal calibration datasets. This makes the calibration process very efficient while still allowing the full benefits of maximum-likelihood event-parameter estimation that incorporates the statistical nature of the light sensor measurements.

    Abstract: A high-speed transimpedance amplifier with bandwidth extension feature over full temperature range and bandwidth extension method belong to the field of integrated circuit. The present invention solves the problem existed in boosting core amplifier bandwidth technology over full temperature range. The present invention includes a preamplifier TIA, a phase splitting stage PS, a pre-driver stage Pre-Drive, an output buffer BUFF and an offset cancelation circuit OC. The preamplifier TIA adopts the gate-drain voltage cancelation technology to expand the bandwidth, so that its ?3 dB bandwidth is greater than twice the closed-loop bandwidth of the first-order TIA. The pre-driver stage Pre-Drive is used to drive the output buffer BUFF. By adjusting the source-level negative feedback capacitance value of the pre-driver stage Pre-Drive circuit to generate a high-frequency gain that varies with temperature, the preamplifier TIA bandwidth differences under different temperature conditions are compensated.
