    Abstract: A positioning and information transmission method of a hydrological monitoring device in a single-free area combines a wireless communication technology with a hydrodynamics-based hydrological monitoring device, which can solve the problem of hydrological monitoring information transmission in a signal-free area such as a hydraulic tunnel. First, magnetic beacons each composed of an LoRa (long distance radio) terminal device and an ultra-wideband technology are arranged at the top of the interior of a signal-free tunnel at an interval of 500 m. When a hydrological monitoring device in use enters a coverage area of the magnetic beacon, the LoRa terminal device in the magnetic beacon will automatically start an internal communication protocol and receive data acquired by the device by monitoring, the data is transmitted based on a mutual LoRa communication protocol between the magnetic beacons, and finally, the data is transmitted to a ground central control system for storage.

Evaluation by in vitro cell experiments demonstrates that the Areca catechu product as the sole active ingredient has a good killing effect on ASFV, where 100% of ASFV with a virus titer of 5×103 HAD50/mL and can be killed within 30 minutes, and 100% of ASFV with a virus titer of 5×104 HAD50/mL can be killed within 2 hours.

    Abstract: A bidirectional circuit breaker has Breaking Speed Control (BSC) to prevent false triggering when an upstream fault occurs. A semiconductor switch has a Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET), an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT), and a varistor in three parallel branches that drive a positive output. An input capacitor between positive and negative inputs forms an LC network with an inductor connected to the positive input. A current sensor is connected between the inductor and the semiconductor switch. When the current sensor detects reverse current, a snubber switch is closed, connecting a snubber capacitor across both terminals of the inductor. A LCC network is formed that stores more energy than the LC network, spreading out a current spike caused by the upstream fault, reducing peak reverse current pulled through the circuit breaker by the upstream fault. Thus breaking speed is reduced when the snubber switch closes.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing catalytic graphitized few-layer coal-based graphene, comprising the following steps: crushing coal samples to 200 mesh, then treating with hydrochloric-hydrofluoric acid for deashing, and drying at 25° C. for 12 h to obtain a row coal material; grinding and mixing the raw coal and boric acid and loading the mixture into a graphite crucible; transferring the graphite crucible into a graphitization furnace, evacuating the chamber, introducing protective gas and heat treating, and then cooling naturally to room temperature. The prepared coal-based graphene has fewer layers, high crystallinity and strong conductivity, which is superior to the performance of existing coal-based graphene products. Coal, an abundant resource, is used as raw material, the cost is extremely low, and the use of boric acid as a catalyst is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and easy to obtain.
