An intermediate sleeve is interference-sheathed on an outer side wall of a liquid storage tray. An outer side wall of the intermediate sleeve is axially provided with four gas circulation grooves. The bottom of a stator is axially provided with four gas injection channels, which are of unequal depths and are in one-to-one correspondence to the gas circulation grooves. The liquid storage tray comprises four liquid storage cavities uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction. Gas injection pipes are arranged in the liquid storage cavities and are in communication with and connected to the gas circulation grooves. A communication pipe is in communication and connected between the liquid storage cavities which are provided opposite each other.

Abstract: This application discloses a harmonica tube and a preparation method thereof, a liquid cooling plate, a battery, and an electric apparatus, where a material of the harmonica tube includes a polyphenylene sulfide composition, and the polyphenylene sulfide composition includes a polyphenylene sulfide resin and a toughening agent; the toughening agent includes a copolymer of an olefin and a glycidyl ester. By providing the polyphenylene sulfide composition as the material for the harmonica tube, this application facilitates reducing issues such as material breakage or poor extrusion flow during extrusion molding, enabling the formed harmonica tube to exhibit excellent mechanical strength, deformation resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, heat dissipation, and creep resistance, lowering the risk of cracking under pressure during use, and enhancing production capacity and product quality.

The battery apparatus includes a box body, a battery cell arranged within the box body, and a protective plate disposed at the bottom of the battery cell along the gravity direction. The protective plate includes multiple stacked layers arranged differently in two regions. In a first region, a first fiber-resin layer, an enhancement layer, and a second fiber-resin layer are sequentially stacked, with the first fiber-resin layer facing the battery cell. In a second region, the structure comprises either: (i) the first fiber-resin layer, the second fiber-resin layer, and a reinforcement layer; or (ii) the reinforcement layer, the first fiber-resin layer, and the second fiber-resin layer. This layered configuration enhances the structural reliability of the battery apparatus.

Abstract: A battery apparatus includes a box body, a battery cell, and a guard plate. The battery cell is disposed within the box body. In the direction of gravity, the guard plate is positioned beneath the battery cell. The guard plate comprises, in sequence along a first direction, a first fiber resin layer, an intermediate layer, and a second fiber resin layer. The intermediate layer includes a resin frame portion and an anti-puncture plate portion, where the anti-puncture plate portion is embedded within the resin frame portion. The resin frame portion connects the first and second fiber resin layers. An electrical apparatus incorporating the above battery apparatus is also provided.

The thermal management assembly can effectively meet thermal management requirements of the battery.

The holder body is provided with at least one first channel in a first direction, and the insulating member is arranged on an outer surface of the holder body. The insulating member covers part or all of the outer surface, and the surface of the insulating member facing away from the holder body is capable of fixing a battery cell. By providing the holder body with the first channel, and fixing the battery cell to the holder body on the peripheral side of the first channel, after the battery cell radiates heat, the heat flows out through the first channel, so that the temperatures of the battery cell itself and the environment surrounding the battery cell can be reduced, thereby alleviating the battery safety problem caused by the accumulation of heat during the use of the battery.

The cushion assembly is arranged on the shell of the battery casing, and is provided with the cushion holes that provide a space for the deformation of the cushion assembly to absorb the external impact force. Therefore, it can prevent the outer shell from direct external impact, reduce the deformation of the shell, reduce the damage to the battery cell at an inside of the shell caused by the external impact, effectively improve the safety performance of the battery, and extend the service life of the battery.
