  • Publication number: 20250235106
Abstract: There are provided an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program which can acquire a tomographic image at an appropriate imaging position according to a body type of a subject. The information processing apparatus includes at least one processor. The processor derives a determination target position of a subject in a body axis direction on the basis of body information indicating a physical feature of the subject in a predetermined range along the body axis direction of the subject, derives a reference position of the subject in the body axis direction on the basis of a subject image that is an image captured for the subject, and determines an imaging position of a tomographic image on the basis of a relative positional relationship between the determination target position and the reference position.

  • Publication number: 20250115968
Abstract: The present invention discloses a constant temperature nucleic acid amplification RAA primer probe combination for detecting Candida auris and use thereof are provided. The primer probe combination has high amplification efficiency, strong specificity, and no obvious false positive, and can effectively distinguish Candida auris from three closely related bacteria frequently misdiagnosed in a clinical microorganism identification system. Based on an RAA-lateral flow chromatography technology, the present invention establishes a method for rapidly detecting Candida auris can be used for detecting an actual sample after passing the specificity and sensitivity evaluation, and provides a rapid, sensitive, reliable, and effective new method for on-site rapid detection of Candida auris. The method does not need complex instruments, and is particularly suitable for rapid screening and detection of Candida auris in basic laboratories and quarantine sites.

  • Patent number: 10662100
Abstract: Provided is an ordered step-wise method for the chlorination and photodestruction of MC-LR contamination of an aqueous liquid such as a potable water supply infested with blue-green algae (cyanobacteria). It has been found possible to usefully chlorinate the water at lower chlorine:MC-LR ratios as compared to known methods and then to irradiate the water with ultraviolet radiation to photolyze the chlorinated MC-LR. The methods incorporate the prechlorination of a cyanotoxin, more advantageously a microcystin, and most advantageously MC-LR, to enhance UV-induced photodegradation of this compound.
