    Abstract: The present application provides a transmission failure recovery method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. A reference signal corresponding to a group of control resource sets CORESETs or a beam failure detection reference signal BFD RS set is determined; and a transmission failure recovery request is transmitted to a network device if the reference signal meets a predefined condition, where the transmission failure recovery request is used for indicating the network device to perform transmission failure recovery on the group of CORESETs. Since network device is triggered to enable a transmission failure recovery mechanism on a group of CORESETs when a reference signal corresponding to the group of CORESETs meets a predefined condition, a transmission delay for data on a transmission point with failed beam transmission is reduced, thereby improving communication quality.

The method comprises: determining at least one to-be-transmitted identification information of a synchronization block, the synchronization block comprising at least two components for transmitting an initial access signal, and different components occupying different time-frequency resources of the synchronization block; determining an initial access signal transmitted by each component in the synchronization block according to the identification information; and determining a time-frequency resource occupied by each component in the synchronization block and transmitting the initial access signal of the component on the time-frequency resource occupied by each component.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining an information transmission position. The method includes upon receiving at least one control information DCI sent by a network side, a terminal determines a reference transmission position according to a predefined rule, the preset rule being predefined information or configured by high-layer signaling, and then determines, according to the reference transmission position, a transmission parameter of a first physical channel or first physical information. In this way, a transmission parameter of a first physical channel or first physical information can be determined according to a determined reference transmission position, thus avoiding the problem of a reception failure of transmitted data information or first physical information due to incorrect determination of a transmission position of the first physical channel or first physical information by a terminal, and ensuring the reliability of reception of the transmitted data information by the terminal.

When a terminal is unable to successfully detect some of PDCCHs for repeated DCI transmission due to a blockage or interference, the terminal can still perform detection on the remaining PDCCHs to obtain DCI, thereby enhancing the reliability of DCI transmission.
