    Abstract: A system and method for dynamically adjusting a color gamut of a display system, and a display system are provided. The display system includes a light source system and an imaging system. The light source system includes an excitation light source and a narrow-spectrum primary-light source. The imaging system includes a spatial light modulation device and the system for dynamically adjusting the color gamut. The excitation light source emits excitation light which is processed to output at least one broad-spectrum primary light. The narrow-spectrum primary light source outputs narrow-spectrum primary light. The narrow-spectrum primary light and the broad-spectrum primary light are combined and then output to the imaging system. The brightness of light emitted by the excitation light source and the narrow-spectrum primary light source is adjusted.

In the specific embodiments, antibodies against mutant p53 comprising R175H, R248Q or R273H are generated. Also disclosed are the uses of the antibodies for diagnosis, prognosis and stratification of patient groups and further encompasses the use of antibodies for imaging and treatment of cancer.

    Abstract: A method of operating an engine includes igniting a combustible mixture in a combustion chamber of the engine, which produces exhaust gases. The exhaust gases are ejected into an exhaust manifold of the engine to create a primary exhaust stream. A portion of the exhaust gases is separated from the primary exhaust stream to create a secondary exhaust stream. Air and fuel are then mixed with the secondary exhaust stream to form a reformer feed mixture. The reformer feed mixture is reacted in a catalytic reformer to create a reformate exhaust stream, which is then mixed with an intake air stream to create a mixed air stream. The mixed air stream is the fed to the combustion chamber of the engine as the combustible mixture.

In response to an occurrence of a performance issue for a node while under operating conditions, common logs for applications on the node are analyzed. At a time of the performance issue, debug programs are automatically issued to generate debug level logs respectively for the applications. Debug level logs are analyzed according to the rules to determine a root cause of the performance issue. A potential solution to the root cause of the performance issue is determined using the rules, without having to recreate the operating conditions occurring during the performance issue.
