    Abstract: In a method for aligning a part of a product (moving object) with a reference object, triangle data of the moving object is acquired, and feature elements of the moving object is fitted according to the triangle data. Feature elements of the reference object which match the feature elements of the moving object are determined, and the moving object is moved from a position of a center point of the feature elements of the moving object to a position of a center point of the matched feature elements of the reference object. A moving-and-rotating matrix of the moving object is obtained according to Quasi-Newton methods, and the moving object and the reference object are aligned by moving and rotating the moving object according to the moving-and-rotating matrix.

    Abstract: In a method for generating a measurement program of a product, a CAD file of the product is read and attribute data of the product is obtained from the CAD file. By creating a mesh over the attribute data of the product using a plurality of triangles, the method obtains coordinate information of measuring points of the product from the CAD file, arranges the measuring points of the product into one or more geometrical elements using a curve fitting method, and obtains measuring information of each geometrical element. By integrating the measuring information of each of the one or more geometrical elements into a predefined program model, a measurement program can be generated and displayed on a display device.

If a program segment is in the title state, the icon, a name, and a first line of program codes of the program segment is displayed on an interface provided by the electronic device. If the program segment is in the opened state, the computing device displays all program codes of the program segment on the interface.

    Abstract: A computing device reads pixels of an image of a product along an x-direction and a y-direction of the image. In response to reading two neighboring pixels having different color values, the device regards one pixel having a predetermined color value from the two neighboring pixels as a profile point of the image, to generate one or more point-clouds consisting of all profile points of the image. Furthermore, the device reads one or more theoretical profile curves of the product from the storage device, aligns the one or more point-clouds and the one or more theoretical profile curves, and determines a minimum distance from each profile point in the one or more point-clouds to the one or more adjusted theoretical profile curves. A profile tolerance of the product is then determined according to a maximum value and a minimum value of the minimum distances.

The method further obtains a marked number selected from a preset file, and locates a cursor on a first position of the marked number in the 2D image according to coordinates of the marked number, or locates the cursor on a second position of the marked number according to a horizontal index number and a vertical index number of the marked number.

One or more remainder objects in each bounding box are obtained, and grouped to obtain one or more number objects in each of the frame objects. The device determines associations between the first/second triangles of the two curved surfaces and the small boxes in the 3D space, determines a second triangle that is nearest to each first triangle of the first curved surface, and determines a distance between the first triangle and the second triangle as a minimum distance from the first triangle to the second curved surface.
